Don't order from West Elm unless you're 100% sure that the furniture pieces fit the space. We ordered a lovely set of table and chairs but the photos were misleading and the set takes up much more space than expected. The pieces were delivered 4 weeks ago and are still in our flat despite 2 emails and 5 phone calls attempting to return the items (West Elm continually say they will arrange pick-up). We've been having to eat sitting on our sofa for a month now. Completely unacceptable.

We bought a West Elm leather office chair and the caster wheel fell out within the first week of use - West Elm were not interested in repairing the chair advising that they just sell the products! shocking customer service and I would expect more from a premium priced product - I would think very hard and check social media reviews before buying from West Elm.

West Elm hit the nail on the head every time! They have an abundance of products in all sectors of the home, and a safe bet in terms of style and quality. We can recommend West Elm UK to our customers with confidence and can't help but browse their website or stores for ourselves also! An all-round loved supplier in MBR HQ.
