Greenwich Realty Development has enjoyed working with Tracy Schneider Design on many homes in the town of Greenwich Ct. Her company has created tremendous value for our brand and our homes. We typically involve her at the conception of our projects where she collaborates on the imagery of a new house and the resultant floor plan layout. Her sense of scale for rooms is well thought out keeping in mind site lines ,furniture layout, panel and coffer features and fireplace design. We work with her on everything from her choice of plumbing fixture, finishes, paint colors, floors, lighting, cabinetry, tile, stone, wall coverings, upholstery etc. Tracy has always delivered for us a home that makes an overall statement and not just a series of vignettes. We hired Tracy to design our kitchen renovation and to select a new color for a bathroom paint. She has an excellent sense of color and style and we were very pleased with the outcome. She had great ideas and understood our wishes and was able to guide us to a finished project that we love! Also, as a real estate professional, I have referred Tracy to clients that have also had excellent results with Tracy.

TSD design helped us plan, design and finish the entire first floor of our home. The project grew in scope over the course of time, but TSD helped ensure that every detail was thought through and executed with extraordinary perfection. Tracy and Stuart's experience, attention to detail, and exquisite taste resulted in a stunning outcome that is admired by every person who has been here since the renovation. TSD is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend using their services- they will not disappoint.
