About Us

Graphene Architects is a London practice with over 20 years’ experience, working extensively in the prime central London market, home counties and holiday homes overseas. Whether you’re looking for a stylish rear extension, new build or basement conversion - we’re happy to help you get started. How do we work? First, we ask loads of questions about how you live, what you’re seeking to achieve, what your timeframe is, what your budget is and how you’d like the project to be run. Once we know what you need and want, we can prepare a proposal for you. We can help you every step of the way from initial sketches right up to the completion day. Our proposals will include project management, recommendations for contractors, building techniques and great CGI images to help bring your vision to life before we touch one brick. Graphene worked with us in the sympathetic extension to a 17th century cottage which is listed as being of Architectural interest .Whilst the scale of the project was small the level of care and attention from Patrick was very thorough and patient, particularly in the early planning stages working to meet the Local Authorities requirements. Very happy to recommend Graphene.

Graphene Architects created a great design within the framework of the project, making best use of the space available. They also helped prepare quote materials for the respective builders, as well as level up all the 3 quotes received. The end result is a great new space which has transformed the living arrangements in our house.

Patrick did an application for our balcony and worked exceptionally hard to get the outcome we wanted. We haven't built the balcony yet but I have seen some of his other work and the quality of finish is exceptional so we looking forward to working with him on that moving forward.

Patrick has provided a number quotes and consultations for clients of mine within the Richmond Borough. Patrick makes a point within his online mission statement of listening first. It sounds obvious, but it really isn't and for me, that's a strong point of difference for Graphene. They listen, understand and then 'talk'.
