We found him to be honest, fair, trustworthy, and a man who kept his word. He kept things on schedule and was available for any questions that we had - morning, noon or night. We had our first home build with Craig and can’t imagine using another building. We moved in almost 5 years ago and even to this day, if we have an issues, we call him and he gets it done!

We built our home with The Tuckerman Home Group (THG) in 2013 and the entire process, from stumbling upon one of their model homes to our closing to routine maintenance since, has been extremely pleasant. Craig has excellent people working for him and together they all make sure the customer is always happy. We had a 180 day rate lock and THG promised us that our house will be done before that period ran out. We had our home keys three days before the rate lock expired. During the build process, THG accommodated our change requests promptly and offered assistance with fact based suggestions. THG has also worked with us on random maintenance items since then as well. We would recommend The Tuckerman Home Group to all our friends/family without hesitation.

We purchased the house as a spec. We picked out a few remaining items, but most were the selection of the builder. Craig and his team were great to work with. They addressed any concerns we had. During our first year of ownership, they had a great system for dealing with any warranty items. Even after the warranty period, I was still able to get hold of them if I had any questions. We had very few problems with the house - it was well built. I would recommend Craig to anyone looking for a quality builder.

The Tuckerman Home Group completed a custom built house for us. The process started with us out of state and there were some issues while they implemented a new computer system, but once the build itself started and ever since the completion of the house The Tuckerman Home Group including Craig Tuckerman himself and his foreman Phil Hill have been amazing. They are very respectful, helpful, easy to communicate with, and most importantly builders of a quality home. We have had no major issues since closing with our home and those minor ones we have encountered they have been very helpful to resolve. I would definitely recommend the Tuckerman Home Group to anyone looking to build in central Ohio.

If/when we want to do another new build, we will seek out The Tuckerman Home Group! They were very accomodating with customized requests, very visible on the job and completed the build ahead of schedule. After many years, we always feel welcome to inquire with Craig Tuckerman for references about home concerns/maintenance/updates, etc.

Craig and his team are very responsive. I appreciate that if I ever have a problem I can contact Criag directly and he will personally make sure that the issue is corrected and that we are satisfied. I would recommend working with the Tuckerman team.

Craig and The Tuckerman Home Group built my home in 1997. They ere wonderful to work with. They were flexible, patient, accommodating and always professional. Their work was on-time, and the quality and pride in their work was evident. The Tuckerman Home Group creates a relationship that goes beyond the construction and warranty of your home. I have used two other builders in the Columbus area and after the warranty period you never heard from them again. The Tuckerman Home Group touches my life twice a year with their spring and fall Home Maintenance Reminder List. If you are not a "DYI" person they offer services or referrals to keep your home maintained ... no other builder does that!
