As a Montecito resident and former board member of the Montecito Association, Darrell offers experiential respect for the process and sequencing of construction. Kirsten is best known as the host of TLCs hit TV show Property Ladder where she guides viewers through every step of renovating property for profit. With a reputation for high-impact, low-cost, stylish designs, Kirsten’s unique approach to Real Estate has afforded her success as a veteran Realtor, author, public speaker, and Real Estate expert appearing regularly on various panels and television segments including The View, CNN, MSNBC, 20/20 and Fox News. As a designer and interior decorator, Kirsten artistically blends comfort and style with practicality, convenience, and flow.
