We had an excellent experience with Milenuim Homes from start to finish. The process was way less painfull that expected. Shameer is a complete and knowledgable profesional builder. He took care of us and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. We are very happy with our home its beautiful and we would recommend Milenium Homes to anyone looking for a well priced home in the innner city areas.

We built will Millenium Plus homes, we are extremely happy y with our home in Altadore, Cagary. I would recommend this builder as he worked closely with us and compared to others his standards were there upgrade. The quality of home is 5 star and we had one minor issue with the landscaping which was taken care of within days of bringing it the Shameer's attention. I would highly recommend this builder. Shameer is always on site and checking in to make sure everything is going according to plan. He listens to my opinions and takes my ideas into consideration before he makes the call. We got to pick all of our own materials, from hardwood to tiles, lighting to appliances, and even got to alter the layout of the floor plan. We hired this company to renovate my condo. Project was expected to be completed in 5 to 6 weeks. After more than 3 months, due to poor quality, excessive delays, and extensive overages, we fired this company. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
