I was very happy with the plans for my Eastport house developed by Nicole and Tobias. I highly recommend their firm. They also were helpful in navigating the permitting process.

Tobias designed an addition for our one hundred year old home in Annapolis. His plan was well done and had to meet stringent guidelines per the city. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the project! He and Nicole are very customer focused and I would highly recommend them to prospective clients.

I have been working with Tobias M. Sullivan on several residential projects. His focus on the project at hand, his design aesthetics and his construction knowledge are excellent. He is courteous, responsive and professional. Really have enjoyed the collaboration over the years and also Tobias' wit when stirring clients away from a less desirable choice, while being cost conscious.

Tobias and Nicole were responsive, punctual, and truly listened to what changes/improvements we wanted to make to our home. As a result of their excellent approach, they designed our renovation almost exactly to match what concepts we had in mind on the first try. They assisted with builder proposal and selection process and we have also retained them to supervise the construction. We are absolutely thrilled with them and would recommend them without a single reservation.

I collaborated with Tobias recently on 2 kitchen renovations in Annapolis. Tobias provided excellent initial kitchen layouts and we worked together with the owners to complete the design. Tobias provides excellent architectural services, especially on the President's Point condominiums, where space was at a premium. He made the most of what was there, making the projects seems larger and more open without adding a square inch, a great quality in an architect. I highly recommend Tobias to home owners as well as other design professions and builders.

Tobias Sullivan, gifted architect on our extensive renovation, exhibited the highest level of creativity introducing idea after idea that solved problems with aesthetically pleasing, cost-effective, brilliantly conceived solutions. How many people have a sleek metal and glass bridge linking office and studio within their home? He has a keen intelligence, an even temperament and a wonderful sense of humor---critical in smooth dealings with clients, builders, and subcontractors. Those qualities were all put to use in our extensive and long-running project! In addition, he was always prepared, very aware of budgets and always met deadlines---even when it meant gently prodding clients! He made all the difference in our contemporary project in ways big and small. He could do and has done the same for period style homes. He is simply an immensely talented architect.

Tobias built a beautiful screened porch on the back of my house. He designed the porch and did the actual building. His attention to detail and quality was beyond my expectations! He is extremely knowledgeable, flexible, dependable, honest, personable, and does 5* quality work. The city inspector was also extremely complimentary about the quality and fine craftsmanship of his work. I will use Tobias again and I recommend him highly. This porch is not just a porch , it is a beautiful design and a wonderful addition to the house. His taste is exquisite . I only wish he had designed and build the whole house.
