I hired GreenTex Builders as a general contractor for my project 201 Bulian Ln in Austin, TX. They were amazing from the design phase to job delivery. Cameron Ponsford, one of the partners, is a dedicated and detail oriented construction manager. GreenTex proposed alternatives to reduce costs and also was very diligent to the proposed schedule. I definitively recommend GreenTex as general contractor and would hire them for my next project in the Austin area.

We are pleased with GreenTex Builders. We had a fairly extensive remodel which included enlarging the current office to a second living area, adding another room and changing the carpet to hardwoods upstairs, re-siding and painting the house, a new roof, installing a new A/C system, changing to a tankless water heater, refinishing the wood floors downstairs, re-painting the interior and creating an outdoor living space which includes a covered deck, spa and outdoor kitchen. We lived in our house for the majority of the remodel and they made sure to be respectful of us and worked very well around us. We are very happy with our new space. When some details were missed and issues arose with the spa and A/C, Cory worked hard to make good and fix the problems. They were honest and fair when additions and changes to the project resulted in adjustments to the budget. We can honestly say Cory and Cameron are good guys and deserve your consideration for your remodel project.

We contracted with GreenTex in 2009 for a fairly major facelift. We replaced flooring, removed popcorn from ceilings, and remodeled bathrooms. Cory and team did an excellent job. We spent considerable time up front with Cory and team to make sure we were on the same page on the items to be done, options, costs and schedules. GreenTex completed the job on time and on budget. It is 3 years out now and we are very pleased with the results.

As an architect, I have had the opportunity to work with Green Tex Builders on several projects. I have found Cory and Cameron professional in their approach and enthusiastic and conscientious in their attitude. Their work exhibits a high degree of craftsmanship.

We had plans for an extensive remodel of our home which included a total remodel of the kitchen and the addition of a second floor living space. The second floor room addition required part of the roof to be removed and extended vertically with a change in pitch. A new outdoor deck, wet bar and bathroom were also part of the second floor addition. GreenTex was very professional in all aspects of the job, including biding the job, construction oversight of subcontractors, and keeping use informed of what to expect and scheduling of crews. The site manager had a good attitude towards the job and was always willing to work with us to resolve any problems and address any unexpected issues and changes that came up as part of the construction. While we did not live in the house during the construction, we continued to work on our business out of the house. GreenTex worked with us to make sure that we could continue to have electrical, water and phone service. We are happy with the results and would use them again and recommend them to others.

We have had the opportunity to work twice with Cory McCallum, GreenTex, and have truly seen him as a true partner in making our dreams and project a reality. Our two projects, a large guest house and an outdoor pavilion, were very challenging in their design and execution; Cory was able to attend to every detail in a very cost effective manner as well as propose several additional ideas for consideration. He in incredibly responsive to our needs and feedback and able to quickly address concerns that come up with any project.
