Thank goodness for Eric! He saved the day for me when a different vendor wanted to raise their prices on me by 40% with no warning or explanation. By that point I was up against a serious time crunch, but Eric immediately jumped in with both feet to help. He really went the extra mile to help me totally redesign my cabinets in time to complete our order before his supplier's pricing increased. He made the whole process really easy and let me take my time in making aesthetic decisions that completely changed the outcome for the better. Thank you so much!!

I found Eric through yelp and the primary reason I chose Eric over other cabinet companies was his attention to detail. I am very particular about making sure every last detail is considered and accounted for. Eric surpassed my expectations in terms of addressing all the details. He is very knowledgeable about construction and especially cabinetry. He asks all the right questions in terms of coming up with the optimal design for your space. He even supported me after the cabinets were delivered through email and by coming on site to discuss different installation considerations. This is by far the best service that I have ever received from any vendor in any industry or area of service. I would go back to Eric for any cabinetry and recommend him to anyone that asks.

Eric and MTKC are amazing! I needed my kitchen cabinets replaced and went with MTKC due to the better design and more affordable price. First, I was looking for excellent customer service. Eric pays so much attention to detail and has educational videos for each aspect of cabinetry that one may want to know about. He responds immediately via email, text, and/or phone. He takes the time to answer questions. After the cabinets are ordered, he custom made a video detailing each element of my cabinets and the invoice, and he met with my contractor to make sure we were all on the same page. After the cabinets were installed, he followed up to make sure everything was okay. He cares about his customers and takes pride in his product. Second, I was looking for quality of product. I went with MTKC because I wanted custom-made cabinets rather than store-bought which would have been more affordable. After installation, my contractor was raving about the cabinets and what good quality they were. He said they were really solid. When I told him the price, he was flabbergasted. He said it was a really good price for the value! Finally, Eric has adapted well to the constraints of Covid19 and is very clear about the PPE that he wears. He has created a traveling demo out of his van and provides paint samples for customers to keep. The experience of getting new cabinets was so enjoyable with MTKC!

We did a complete gut / redo of the kitchen in our 1910 Edwardian in San Francisco. Eric and MTKC were referred to us by our contractor Gilbert Lam of GLC Construction. Eric and Gilbert have worked together on many projects and their experience and expertise really showed. Eric was wonderful to work with: friendly, attentive to our requirements, responsive, and proactive to check-in and follow-up. Our new kitchen is amazing and we couldn't be happier. Five stars are definitely deserved.

I can not say enough great things about Eric and MTKC. I knew when I purchased my first condo that I wanted to remodel my kitchen. After searching Houzz and Pinterest for the exact design and layout I was looking for that would both look beautiful and be functional, I had my heart and mind set on getting my kitchen to look just like the photo I found online for inspriation. In most situations, trying to copy a photo you find online ends in disappointment. After all, what you find online is designed by and photographed by professionals. However, I had high hopes and had my mind set on replicating said photo. I did my research on cabinet suppliers and came across MT Kitchen Cabinets. I reached out and was pleased to receive a follow up promptly from Eric. Given that this was my first remodel project and I didn't have any experience with cabinets, Eric walked me through EVERY step and price point. Rather than showing me just what he had to offer (like you would get at many cabinet providers via catalog), he took the time to understand my needs (from both a functional and design perspective) and what mattered most to me. He was then able to provide alternate options to help me stay within budget without compromising the design I wanted. He was transparent and patient throughout the entire process with my specific needs. His attention to detail, communication, and follow through is truly impeccable and is nearly impossible to come by in this industry. He was able to answer every single question I had thoughtfully and I never felt as if I were being "sold". He was able to provide advice on things (things I never would have thought of on my own) to consider in all parts of my remodel - even those that didn't relate to the cabinets he was providing. If only there were more people like him in this world! I can't thank him and his team enough for my beautiful new kitchen. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of new cabinets whether you know exactly what you want or if you are in need of some guidance.

I looked into 3 different cabinetry firms to fill an odd nook in my office with a large bookshelf. Out of the firms, Eric was the most detail oriented and thoughtful. He walked me through all the options and took the time to explain how pricing was different for each option to fit my budget. After ordering, Eric kept in constant communication with me to let me know when I should expect the cabinets as well as was always responsive to questions. Eric also went above and beyond when I had a bit of a rocky install process with the cabinet installers I hired - he provided great advice on how to ensure the cabinets would look great at the end of the day. Can't recommend him highly enough and would certainly rely on Eric for future cabinetry projects.
