It was really a great experience working with the Kade team all throughout the remodeling our kitchen and half-bath! Working with Dan, Camille, Travis, Frankie and others was always a pleasant experience and they were very attentive to our desires and requests as we moved through the project. Remodeling during a Pandemic is NOT recommended for the faint hearted - but I always appreciated the care / effort made to keep not only us safe, but the workers as well. Due to this, the project was extended a bit - but the finished product was well worth the wait! The completed work is simply beautiful and everything we had hoped it would be. I added a new bathroom which required construction of a “pop up” room from the 2nd floor. The challenge was to design the new room such that it integrated well visually with the existing roofline. Working with Kade including consideration of a number of options, we were successful. The design of the bathroom was high quality and Kade’s vendors and program management team provided excellent choices of fixtures, tile and glass.

We had such a positive experience with Kade. We met with a number of contractors before selecting Kade. All other contractors asked what we wanted to have done and then gave a quote. Dan (Kade) was the only person who gave us creative solutions to our kitchen issues, like suggesting moving our coat closet to make more room for kitchen cabinets (we didn’t know you could just move a closet!). We basically gutted the main floor of our home and the remodel took approximately four months. First, Kade walked us through a detailed timeline of the project and assisted with making design selections. Their cabinet designer spent HOURS helping us plan our cabinet layout, ensuring we would have a place for every appliance and dish, along with an effective workflow. Kade recommended suppliers for light fixtures, appliances, marble, stairs and tile. We visited the suppliers, made our selections and Kade handled everything else. Their process was streamlined and stress-free. Once the construction began, we had a scheduled meeting with our project manager, Jorge, every week. He would share the schedule for upcoming week, discuss concerns and give advice. Jorge was always knowledgeable, accessible and reassuring. When a demolition crew wipes out a large portion of your home, you will appreciate these qualities in a project manager. Given the scope of our renovation, we inevitably encountered issues. Kade handled them quickly and professionally, consistently exceeding our expectations. For example, our roof leaked buckets of water shortly after our new hardwood floors were installed. Jorge was at our home within 45 minutes of notification and worked into the night ensuring the floors were dry. Kade then arranged to have a roofer promptly fix our roof AND Kade warrantied the roofer’s work even though it was outside the scope of the original project. Now we have a new main floor that we love. Our kitchen even won the 2018 Contractor of the Year Regional Award…so Kade must be doing something right.

We wanted to completely redo our kitchen - take down a wall, rearrange the layout, and add windows/doors. After meeting with a couple different contractors, Kade was highly referred to us by a neighbor. Once we showed them the space and our wish-list, they came to our first meeting fully prepared with estimated deadlines and designs; they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciated how much they managed the project, were detailed oriented, and kept us up-to-date on our deadlines during the project. We only picked out the finishes, and they did the rest. My husband and I both work full time, and we absolutely trusted them and their subcontractors in our home. Throughout the entire renovation, there were only two days that we ever saw a subcontractor in our home. It's never easy going without a kitchen for over a month, but with Kade it was a very easy process. They were upfront about all costs, and always made sure we had the final decision before moving forward with any work. Kade is a great team to work with, and we're looking forward to having them do some more work on our home!

It went fantastically from quote to finish! Dan spent an hour on our initial call to discuss what we wanted done and how his team could help. Great ideas. Helpful input. Then we had a visit from Dan and one of Kade's designers, Frankie. Again, lots of helpful input and ideas. And they wanted to hear all of our ideas and concerns. We were basing this renovation on a mirror we bought at Disneyworld 15 years ago. It's a Mickey Mouse bathroom. We wanted to keep the renovation minor, and Kade was happy to help us with that. But we ended up gutting the bathroom and doing it from scratch (after I got a bonus at work!) Expert work - electrical (where they used switches with timers we found), painting (the best ever), plumbing (where they installed an electronically controlled valve we found so we can program hot water shutoff after x minutes when our 16 year old son falls asleep sitting in the shower with hot water running), floor tile (we took their suggestions and it's perfect for the decor), wall tile (their suggestions worked perfectly with the accent tile we had already purchased), toilet and sink (they chose toilet; we chose sink) and cabinetry (I thought it was expensive when they quoted it, but not after they put it in - BEAUTIFUL and very high quality). We have a designer bathroom that raises the value of the house. As our kids move on into college, we have plans to use Kade to move through the house doing all those upgrades we've put off as we paid for sports and other kid activities. Oh, that Mickey Mouse bathroom was for our enjoyment! It's our 2nd bathroom, not a "kids' bathroom". We are Disney fans.

I selected Kade after doing and extensive background review of customer service, communication, craftsmanship and personal customer referrals. Kade was contracted to complete a kitchen and master bath remodel. I had the opportunity and pleasure to work with the entire Kade team. With little creative expertise myself, the Kade team and their vendors guided me through all selections down to paint color all while keeping my budget in mind. The project was comprehensively planned out with weekly schedules and clear expectations. I was always kept in the loop. Project manager Travis Shuler was a true professional. He was always available and communicated clearly with an attention to detail. The remodel was stress free. The final results exceeded my expectations. Communication was the key to everything for me. I can say the customer experience was one of the best and far exceeded my experiences in the past with other contractors. I would highly recommend Kade and am looking forward to my next project with them. On time, on budget with quality finishes, quality subs and delivering value for the price.

We were extremely pleased with the work that Kade did in our home in the conversion of a jack and jill bedroom to a 2nd master on the main and enclosed a patio to a sunroom with heat air. The owner and his principals came to our home to initiate the process and provided weekly project updates. The project manager was at our house every day work was in progress and had direct interaction with us in reviewing the weekly status. Kade Management also met with us for the closing meeting. Kade and their subs were very professional in all aspects of the construction phase and any issue we questioned was immediately addressed by the job manager to our satisfactory resolution. I would strongly recommend Kade to others, and will use them again for any future work.

During the Summer of 2016 my husband and I decided to make some renovations and updates to our home. I had previously worked in real estate and knew of several renovation companies, but after checking a few references we decided to try and go with Kade Construction. My husband and I were on a strict budget, but changes had to be made. With the help of Kade Construction I have never been happier. Everyone within that company had expertise, was easy to work with and contributed ideas that my husband and I had not even thought about. I found them to be very thorough, timely and meticulous. I highly recommend Kade and plan to use their expertise and services again in the future. They do what they say they'll do ...when they say they'll do it ... and within budgets. It doesn't get better than that.

Kade Homes & Renovations did a complete redesign and renovation of our kitchen, laundry room, and powder room. Our renovation was a 5-6 month project completed to perfection. Kade and their entire staff were fantastic. Jorge and Camille were very helpful in every aspect, even as my husband and I kept adding on smaller jobs. They were such a joy to work with and extremely knowledgeable in the entire industry, right down to the most minor of details. Their subs and contractors were respectful and competent. The owner, Dan Cipriani runs a great company. The honesty, integrity, and knowledge of the entire company didn’t go unnoticed. My husband and I are very particular and had interviewed several companies before hiring Kade. When we met Dan Cipriani and his assistant at our first meeting, we knew our decision was made and never once looked back. It is such a comfort knowing that we have Kade helping us with any and all future projects.

My Master Bath was on my renovation wish list from the time that I purchased my house. For over a year I searched for the right partner to tackle this project with but continued to meet obstacles that only made the thought of starting a renovation seem more daunting. Then I met Dan and Camille! The minute they sat at my kitchen table I knew they were not the same as those I met with previously. They spent the time to understand what it was that I wanted out of my reno, prioritizing items that were most important to my vision of success for my project and taking a detailed approach to explaining their process surrounding project management with the client at the forefront. They were proactively addressing questions and concerns that the other contractors had attempted to downplay. I knew I would be in good hands moving forward. As we began planning for the project Camille was amazing! She invested in understanding my design ideas, lining up the vendors with material selections that not only aligned with those designs but ultimately made selection day a very easy, non-stress event. That however was not what really impressed us about working with Camille. With every project there must be a hiccup... and with ours, the dreaded word backorder - Camille kicked things into high gear! She scoured the city for alternatives, engaged additional vendors for assistance and determined to find a solution she did and it was perfect. And, when it came to that one design idea that I wanted but frankly was not in the budget, again Camille introduced alternatives and found a solution that tied it all together. Throughout the project the Kade team was continuously engaged. Working with Jorge on the day to day, he was always there to answer questions, offer suggestions brining our design ideas to reality. Kade was the right choice from the first day to the end of the project. We are thrilled with the outcome and now look forward to future renovations.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home. When we bought our home we knew that we planned to stay in it for the long haul and would need to do renovations to bring it up to date and to ensure that it met our long term needs. Last spring we decided to start with our master bathroom. We hired Kade Homes and Renovations to gut our master bath and rebuild it so that it worked for us. Additionally, we had them do a few smaller projects around the house, which included, adding carbon monoxide/fire detectors to all three levels, relocating the dryer vent so that it no longer created moisture in our master bedroom, patching the old dryer vent location, and improving the capacity of the attic ladder. From our very first meeting, Dan, Camille and Amanda were very professional and on top of things. They walked both my husband and I through each step and kept us up to date on a daily basis. As there is with any home improvement project, we did experience a few hiccups, but the Kade Homes and Renovations team handled all of them quickly and with the highest level of professionalism. Additionally, my husband and I were also very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship provided by each of the vendors Kade works with. Each of the reps we worked with took their time in walking us through the selection and installation process, and made sure that everything met our expectations before it was signed off on. Overall, we are very pleased with the level of professionalism, customer service, and overall outcome. Our goal is to have Kade return in the near future to tackle renovating the first floor of our home, as well as, the guest bathroom.

Kade did our kitchen renovation and they did a great job! They were very organized and professional about every detail. When there were issues they handled them quickly and professionally. They were always there when workers were there making sure everything was right.
