This company is 100% scam! They will take your money and never refund you if needed and never contact you or pick up the phone. You guys should all sit behind bars. After two months, I’m still waiting on my refund. Shame on you! No loyalty or any respect for those who you stole their money.

*******SCAM*********** I ordered a $280.00 table and never got a confirmation email, tracking number; Much less the actual merchandise. I called and emailed numerous times, and they keep saying the infamous and elusive Mike is away from his desk. After getting the run around for nearly half a year, I asked for a refund. They kept sending me to voicemail and refused to issue the refund. I reported them to the FTC and BBB.

Zero stars. WARNING! they will not provide you any customer service. They always say mike the manager is away from his desk and he will call later. He never does. Nobody answers emails either. I ordered a 600 dollar table and have not received it nor have I received tracking!! Awful awful awful

I wish I found these reviews on here before purchasing a bed from them. All of these reviews are accurate, I ordered a platform bed that arrived with damaged legs and had a wood slat break after installation. They dont respond to emails or calls. To get it delivered was a pain in itself as they misled me on delivery dates and it took another week and a half to deliver from when they said it would be delivered. Now I'm waiting to hear about replacement parts which I dont think I'll ever get as they are ignoring my emails. Please purchase the item you are looking at from somewhere else! It's not worth the hassle if something arrives damaged and most of these peoples stuff have.

Terrible experience! Do not but from them!! Took over a month to arrive, and I still have 2/3 pieces damaged and waiting to be replaced after 6 months, yes SIX MONTHS. Have exchanged over 40 emails trying to get replacements and still nothing. Lounge LA do not care at all, and just tell me to deal directly with their distributor. Never again, find another place to buy.

Purchased a modern sectional couch and paid extra for the $250 white glove service. We have been given the run around for 2 weeks as to when the couch will be delivered and now can not even get a call or a text back. The head of delivery Michael seems to be the issue and he is about to cost them this order. We will not be using this company again. What a shame they seem to have very nice things.

This company is a disaster. Massive wait times on deliveries (over 2 months). Impossible to reach. Even when our furniture did ship, they didn't provide a shipping number. Seems like something you'd need for furniture.

I have never dealt with such a poor service. It's been 4 months since I have ordered a platform bed. For a month, I was unable to contact anyone, then after 1 month the bed comes withe the broken headboard. Now 2 months have passed (total 4 months since I ordered the bed) and noone contact me, no information where my headboard is. If by mistake, they pick up my phone then I am promised that someone will contact me soon but it never happens. If this review saves someone else to get into this trap then I would be the happiest person in this world

Horrible company to work with. Extremely poor deliver times . Extremely poor service no one ever picks up the calls... It took well over a month to deliver a bed that I bought from them with white glove deliver service. When we finally received it , turned out that the head board was broken in half!!
