Need more plan options. Kinda pricey but great service once I ordered the plans. Customer support was excellent.

Excellent experience! I had been searching different websites for homes and came across Americas Best House Plans. The filter options are fantastic. I received my blueprints in three days even though it was a holiday. I had a question and Emily from customer service was fabulous. She answered the phone right away. Very polite. She was able to find the reason I had not received my PDF file. An extra letter had been added to the email address. I received my file that same afternoon. The blueprints were very professional and detailed.

I really enjoyed the graphics of this website, the plans that allow you to see a “real life” set up. Customer service was on point when I did make my purchase! It was a super quick turnaround to get my plans from the time I ordered them to receiving them completed!

Recently purchased our house plans (currently in the works). Our modification specialist was very helpful and VERY responsive during the preliminary stage, as we are making a few 'tweaks'. He was also great when I had additional questions along the way. Would very much recommend their services.

America's best House Plans is an awesome site for house plans. They have a large selection and very reasonably prices. We bought a plan from them and also request a modification to the plan from them. Shawn Beatty was the Cad designer that we worked with on the modification. He was very professional and great to work with. He setup a call with us to go over the modifications that we were asking for to ensure that we all agreed on the request. He completed our modifications quicker than expected. I highly recommend America's Best House Plans !!!

Customer service is A-1. The plans do have some weird measurements but they are willing to answer any questions at a speedy rate.
