We ordered an expensive $90,000 window & door package from Loewen for a new home construction. Over half the windows came with defective hardware and don't function properly. Everything was supposed to be under warranty, yet it's been six months of runaround since we moved in and they still have not come by to fix anything, despite endless promises and multiple site visits. Bottom line... defective products and terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend.

We recently built a beautiful cottage in Ontario, Canada. We used Loewen Windows expecting a great product and equally good customer service. We have had nothing but problems with their screen quality. It is deteriorating and Loewen refuses to stand behind their product. We won't use them again!

Beautiful, well made Douglas fir windows. Architectural fit and finish. I have used Loewen for over 13 years, very few wood window manufactures can compete with the quality.
