President of Surfside Properties, Inc., Michael Cleland is a full service builder who becomes an integral part of the entire design/building process, from beginning to end. He strives for diversity, mastering in a variety of designs from Contemporary to Cape Cod and from Mediterranean to Craftsman and from Italian Tuscany to Island Style. He also designs and builds Historical Restorations and Theme-based Renovations. His projects include new custom homes, townhomes, remodels, tenant improvements, apartment complexes, small commercial and office buildings. Michael works with a myriad of sub-contractors and architects who focus on all aspects of the building process. He can handle projects of all sizes, from a small remodel to a large development. He specializes in custom homes, dedicated to making every home owner’s building experience a pleasant one.
