Alan Waxman and his team at Landmass re-designed our 1700 sqft flat in Chelsea in 2008. Almost 10 years out, the works have stood the test of time, and more... One major input from Alan was to implement a new layout solution for the flat that has proved incredibly efficient and enabled us to stay in the property, as our family grew and kids got older. Would strongly recommend Landmass to flat/house owner that are looking for creative ways of upgrading their property.
