We have redone a number of Kitchens over the last 25 years, but nothing compares to our recent incredible experience with Spyglass Design. Bill Noval has a wonderful disposition in making his clients extremely comfortable when establishing and refining the goals of the overall project. He is a seasoned professional with an in depth ability to listen, really up on the latest trends, makes excellent and exciting recommendations and has a great team ( Jason Pusey and Bruce Timbie) to execute on the vision. Bill’s significant prior architectural experience was a tremendous bonus for our project which involved removing walls and opening up and utilizing multiple rooms to create our dream Kitchen environment. Bill also matched an excellent contractor from his list of relationships, to our project ,which made the entire process seamless in regard to communication and execution between Spyglass Design and the Contractor’s team. The impressive final result of our spectacular Spyglass custom kitchen proves the value of that coordination. What a pleasure and rewarding experience to work with Spyglass Design. We highly recommend SpyGlass Design to anyone who really wants to make their dream Kitchen come true!

Spyglass Design did a remarkable job in providing guidance for the kitchen needs and blending the design to match/fit the house. The black granite counter top was to be kept, and the measurements and fixtures were so accurate that the fitting was better than when the counter was originally installed. The Christiana cabinets that were recommended are really good, and the finishes are best that I could ever expect. Every person was of the highest professional quality - Jason Pusey of Spyglass, and the GC Bill Kunkel brought in the best of people to leave the house in their hands.

This is my SECOND kitchen created by Spy Glass Inc. I loved my first one so much that I had to have another after a move! Bill has a knack of 'getting into my head' by designing exactly what I wanted. Spy Glass attention to EVERY detail made for 'no surprises ' ( Bill is a trained architect who loves to cook...and it shows up in a kitchen design that flows naturally for the cook). I had 2 different friends make the same comment 15 years apart when they saw the quality of the cabinets " this looks like furniture, NOT cabinets". After seeing the plans, my contractor commented that Bill's balanced use of space show his love of what he does so well. Spy Glass is the kind of business that makes working with them a pleasure.. they aim to please and do the best job possible. Hopefully this is my last kitchen, as we lived through the installation... it IT WAS WORTH IT!

The best decision we made when building our home? Hiring Spyglass Design and working with Bill and Jason. From the first meeting, Bill took time to learn about us, our needs and our aesthetic. He worked with us to create a gorgeous and functional space, and was sensitive to our budget and timeline. I am an avid home cook and baker and love to entertain. He designed a long counter space which invited guests to sit with me while I cooked and prepped, but kept everyone out from underfoot! The first time I had people over, and was holding court alone in my kitchen with everyone hanging on the other side of the counter... it was a beautiful thing. He even incorporated shelves into the design to display my collection of cookbooks and cooking antiques. The kitchen is the star feature of my living space. We also had the pleasure of working with Jason. He is incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. All of the vendors Bill recommended were excellent. They did quality work and were extremely professional. We moved into our house at the end of 2016, and I have been cooking and baking up a storm ever since. I never want to leave this kitchen behind, but if I have to, you can bet I will be calling SDI to build the next one.

We have worked on numerous projects over the past fifteen years with Bill and Spyglass Design and thoroughly enjoy each collaborative effort. Bill was trained as an architect and therefore is sensitive to the bigger picture and palette selections. He amplifies the success of each project that we have worked on together. I go to him as a trusted resource for anything to do with kitchens. He is exceptionally creative and an admired colleague.
