About Us

We are a family-owned and run kitchen and bath design company located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and we have served the Central Wisconsin area since 1997. Our team of designers primarily focus on residential kitchen and bath design and installation. Our services include design, supply, and installation of cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, and accessories for kitchens, baths, bars, fireplace surrounds, mantels, and custom woodwork, while also providing guidance on coordination of complementary colors, materials and fixtures in and around the kitchen and bath. We have an install crew on staff and will also happily coordinate with contractors for projects including structural changes, flooring, and installation of elements outside of the Welling Kitchen, Bath & Floor scope. Our role in your remodeling project includes creating and working with a cohesive team of professionals to handle the intricacies of your specific project scope. We view our relationship with you, the homeowner, as a partnership in which we work together to create a space that is catered to your design sense, lifestyle, and budget. Welling Flooring offers a variety of flooring options - carpet, vinyl, laminate, wood, and tile. Our friendly, expert staff can help you select the right color, style, and pattern that will let you make your own personal statement. Our professional installers can do the work for you or we can offer the assistance and materials you need to do it yourself!

Excellent experience working with Mary Groshek planning remodel of 2 bathrooms. Worked within my budget. Product recommendations easily changed if not what budget allowed. Kept myself and contractor apprised as to arrival of products to begin the remodel start. More than pleased going from "70's" bathrooms to updated ones!!

If I were able to give a TEN star rating I would. Dave Fritsche at Welling was wonderful to work with. I was refacing my fireplace and had a issue with the stone that was delivered. Dave responded quickly and we worked together to an end result exceeding my expectations. Well done Dave and everyone at Welling Kitchen and Bath.

Welling assisted us in remodeling 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. Mary was so easy to work with and came up with beautiful designs and materials that worked within our budget. Nick did a great job of coordinating the project and contractors, keeping us informed of timelines and schedules, and was very responsive to questions /concerns as they arose. The quality of the work by all Welling staff and contractors was excellent, pace of project met expectations, and Welling staff and contractors were easy to work with. Communication and followup with everyone involved was excellent. Highly recommend.

Wonderful people to work with from the owner to the designer to the installation crew. Professional, kind and fast. Turn around time from ordering to finish was very reasonable. Pricing was comparable to other local bids, but Welling took care of ordering sinks, faucets and setting up the plumber as well so we just sat back and watched it all happen! Highly recommended!

This company provided: 1. Excellent capable assistance in selecting tile/grout for our multiple bathrooms 2. Offered to help us buy when the material was about to be placed on sale by manufacturer 3. Provided an exceptional craftsman to do the actual installation Dave and Burt (sales person and installer) were always friendly and helpful...even sending progress photos along the way. Great project by a great team!

We are extremely pleased we went with Welling Kitchen, Bath & Floor on our shower remodel. From beginning to end, Dave and Nick worked with us to make sure everything we envisioned was done to perfection. Our main walk-in shower is like a work of art, with beautiful tile, plumbing fixtures, and glass door from Precision Door & Glass. We were impressed with the professional and friendly people who came into our home: Joe, Hailey and Derrick from Welling, and Austin and Chandler from Koch's Custom Flooring. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job with friendly and professional service!

We worked with Welling Kitchen Bath and Floor to remodel our master bath. We removed a tub/shower unit and replaced it with a walk-in stand up shower. We first met with Dave Fritsche. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting tile components for our project. He also was instrumental in keeping our project on schedule and addressed any unexpected situations that arose with solutions and not excuses. All the Welling crew and subcontractors were very professional and personable to work with. A big shout out to Bert who did the tile work. He was super! I highly recommend Welling! You won’t be sorry.
