We hired Bob to help us figure out some issues we were having related to a renovation we had done years earlier. We had had several contractors look at it prior to working with Bob, but they all just eyeballed the issue and gave us an estimate for the repair, which didn’t give us any confidence that they were actually sure what the problem was. Bob, on the other hand, did a very thorough engineering analysis, examining our plans and taking a wide variety of measurements. His report gave us the confidence we needed and only then did we discuss the repair. We used Bob’s recommended contractor who were very professional. Bob worked closely with them and us to make sure the job was done right. We were very pleased.

It was great working with Bob and his team. We had different ideas for our home renovation, they worked with us to reach our ideal plan. Then during the renovation, he was very communicative providing us with updates of the project along the way. I would definitely work with PDG again.

Bob assisted me with a major structure renovation. In the process of assisting with the technical engineering consultation, he offered to provide comprehensive project management to complete the renovation. Every step of the way, Robert proved to be a true partner. He took the time to explain each step and ensure i was comfortable with any associated cost estimates. He was very flexible in approach. We had recently hired Bob from Pisano Group for removing a load bearing wall. Entire project from beginning to end was done professionally with good planning and execution. Proposal was easy to understand. Project was finished on time. Construction team was knowledgeable and executed well. Bob was available and answered all of our calls promptly. He visited the site daily to ensure there are no issues. He also coordinated pertinent building approvals and inspections. I would have no reservation in recommending him and his team.

I needed plumbing and construction work done in my condo. The Pisano Development Group, Mr. Robert Pisano, was recommended to me. The Pisano Group prepared the Scope of Work, obtained permits for work to be done and also provided the plumber and construction experts to do the work. The plumber and construction experts were very professional and did an excellent job. I would never have been able to find these experts without Mr. Pisano's assistance. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the work that had to be done from A to Z. He is also easy to work with and always available from beginning of the work to the conclusion of the project. Everything was done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend the Pisano Development Group. I am completely satisfied. I give them ten stars.

What a pleasure to have Robert in our area! I've used Pisano Development Group a few times now to help with needed contracting work around our home. For the most part this included drainage projects within the house and outside of the house. Working with Robert Pisano is easy. He is responsive, through, knowledgable, patient, friendly and is a good listener. Roberts' engineering background allowed him to design the details of the projects and then shop the projects around to different contractors to obtain quotes. He then reviews the work they would be doing with them and oversees their work to be sure that it is done well and complies with all applicable laws/regulations. We found it very helpful to have Robert oversee these projects from start to completion. Knowing the work was being done correctly helped us to sleep easy at night. Consider having Robert help you with your next home (or office) project - I think you will be pleased.

I was very impressed by the entire experience. Leading up to it. I was still a bit nervous. After walking through the basement as well as the 1st and 2nd floor with the Eningeer, I feel like I have learned a lot about the foundation and the importance of role foundation plays in structural foundation. It was very interesting. Even though I did not end up getting any credit from the seller, I thought it was worth it. Now I understand more about the importance of structural foundation. Highly recommended.
