Passionate Palette Staging & Design was recommended by our realtor whose judgement we trust due to his handling of 4 RE transactions for us. While we were initially skeptical of the need for staging due to the desire to maximize our equity from the sale, we went ahead after meeting Melody and hearing her comments and recommendations; all that turned out to be the right moves. Our townhouse was turned into a very inviting and attractive living space that exceeded our expectations. Getting the house staged also was a challenge because clean up and repair work was underway that Melody needed to schedule around which was successful and in time for the opening of the townhouse to be on the market. We strongly recommend the services of Passionate Palette as one expense for the sale of real estate that shows off the best features of the property and pays off with obtaining serious offers from buyers.

Mel and her team are amazing! I can’t say enough good things. Mel worked extremely quick and efficiently to get us the information we needed. We were on the fence about the additional cost of staging but I am so glad we went with it. The design was so classy and beautiful and there were so many fine details that really showcased our house. I instantly felt like she could be trusted and would do a great job so we could get top dollar on our sale. I have absolutely no doubt that the staging played a huge role in the amount of offers and how quickly we sold out house. I highly recommend Mel and her team!

Melody Setoodeh did a fantastic job advising me on how to stage my home to list it for sale. She recommended which furniture in my home should be removed, which photos/frames to remove and the furniture that may remain, but needed to be re-located. In addition, she made other recommendations that included de-cluttering my closets and switching furniture in two bedrooms. She was professional at all times, very personable, was thorough in her recommendations, and, most importantly, did a great job with following up to ascertain my progress. Because of her, I received multiple offers after one weekend of showing my home. Two were at list price! And this is a feat as I believe my home may have been the first in my neighborhood to sell over $1,000,000. I am certain I would not have received these offers had I not consulted with Melody and implemented her recommendations.
