As such, we did extensive research, interviewed multiple reputable builders, and spoke to a number of families who had already gone through the process. We ultimately decided on Bridgewater, and have absolutely no regrets. We did not experience the stressful nightmare of building that most people describe. I worked with Bridgewater Builders LLC (BB) from the beginning of my new-dream-home project. I'd bought the perfect property, and then needed the perfect home. I'd interviewed a number of builders and BB was my choice given (a) their relevant knowledge, skills, and decades of experience, (b) recommendations from other clients, and (c) the general character/integrity of the owners. About 8 months later, I was able to move into my dream home. Everything about the experience working with BB was superb--from revising blueprints (based on financial constraints), to selecting the myriad of design details to go into my home, to answering my many questions along the way. In addition, the relationship doesn’t end after the keys change hands. That is, after my first week in my new home, there were very minor issues that I found, and after texting the issues to BB, within 48 hr, they were all fixed. I would recommend this company to ANYONE who wants to build their dream home – whether 1800 SF or 6800 SF. Your dream will be realized with BB.

Daron and Stephanie are a power team and create some of the most beautiful homes in Tallahassee. Daron is so professional, patient, and works so hard to give you the house you are looking to create. Stephanie's design eye is on par with those on HGTV if not better. She comes with you to all important meetings regarding the design and fixtures of your home. The building process took about a year, which included the design process and building. It was about 9 months from breaking ground to our closing date and there were no major hiccups. Stephanie and Daron are always prompt to meetings and very responsive to any of my questions despite how trivial they may be. We have been living in our home just over a month now and there are no major issues or problems. I am truly living in my dream home. I would highly recommend this building team for any project.

Their input here was important to understanding the impact of interior and exterior design elements on the final look, livability and cost of constructing the house. They offered many cost saving and creative solutions to issues and obstacles that developed during design. When construction began, we confidently left it in Bridgewater's capable hands knowing they would build a quality home. Again, they surprised and delighted us with their "hands-on" involvement. Stephanie assisted in each and every selection from interior and exterior paint color, plumbing fixtures, lighting choices and countertops. With her talented designer's eye, the finished product flows beautifully and serenely from the front door through every room in the house. Through this process, she was mindful of offering beautiful options within our budget and keeping track of over budget items. Both Daron and Stephanie provided input on design elements with a sincere awareness of our personal style, taste and preferences. During construction, the construction superintendent was on site daily with an eagle eye for quality in the sub-contractors' work. His attention to detail maintained the Bridgewater standard for quality construction. When we selected Bridgewater Builders, I could not have conceived the unequaled value of the Bridgewater team on our finished home. Together, we built a beautiful home, and they exceeded our expectations in every respect. Bridgewater Builders has my hearty recommendation.

I hired Bridgewater Builders to complete construction on our home after we had to fire the original builder for among other things egregious incompetence. We couldn't have possibly been happier after contracting Bridgewater. The owner, Daron Bridges, is the epitome of professionalism and perfectionism. He stepped right in and identified everything that wasn't in compliance and he corrected it. Bridgewater is a company that's both organized in its operations and thorough in its workmanship. All of their workers reported to the job site in uniform, on time, and ready to work. Their employees conduct themselves like consummate professionals. The job site was always clean and orderly. Our home is just under 4000 square feet and features a large kitchen and four bathrooms. Bridgewater Construction had incredible attention to detail in the course of construction. The job foreman, Curt Warmack, supervised the work on a daily basis and went through everything with a fine tooth comb. Mr. Bridges also came to the house to oversee the progress and demonstrated a true desire to deliver a top notch product. As a customer who has experienced first hand what a bad contractor is, I can tell you that Bridgewater is a superior builder. I wish that we had known about Bridgewater when we moved into the area. Building a home is commonly known to be a stressful experience. Daron & Stephanie were amazing! Their attention to detail was above and beyond any expectations I may have had for my remodel.
