We just bought our home from Workshop 2 months ago and extremely disappointed in the quality of the build and the follow up from their 4th construction manager Jeff Carlson. We are reasonable people who just want our house to be fixed and for us to move on from this never ending back and forth with Jeff at Workshop and their warranty company.

We are INCREDIBLY disappointed with he builder Jeff Carlson. He informed us that the new build design would be keeping a mature, healthy pine tree on the property lot, but the builders ended up removing it without our knowledge. We are incredibly distraught about this loss.

Thank you for your review, Chelsey. We are fellow tree lovers and try our best to preserve as many trees as possible when building a new home. Unfortunately, our client’s project and land, did not allow us to keep this particular tree as excavation would have undermined its root system and it wouldn't have survived - this had been communicated to our clients. We did save the trees in the front setback however.

Our renderings are only used for illustrative purposes to show our clients how mature landscape will help bring the home to life. Landscape architecture is one of the few services that we do not currently offer.

In an effort to help restore the urban canopy and Colorado’s forests, we have planted two trees through Colorado Rooted in your honor. Thank you for bringing attention to a topic that is important to all of us who call Denver home.

We worked with Brad and his team at Work Shop Denver about 5 years ago for the build out and finish on a house project we designed. Everything went really well and the finishes were top quality. We're actually beginning a second big project with them again this year and can't wait to see how it turns out! Highly recommend the Work Shop Denver team.

I have hired Work Shop Denver to build and remodel more than a dozen homes in the Denver Metro area. The team at Work Shop are excellent at the design build process. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to construction and navigating city and state codes and regulations. The owner, Brad Weiman, is very hands-on and goes out of his way to make sure that his clients are happy. In my opinion, when it comes to hiring a professional design build team, there is no company better than Work Shop Denver.

Having worked with Brad and his team on many projects from large to small they continue to exceed my expectations. I am a real estate agent so I see all kinds of work good and bad. Work Shop has many great employees that work hard and get the job done. They listen to your needs and then offer suggestions that not only help but enhance what you are thinking. This is a great company that we will all see more of in 2017 and on.
