From the onset of this project, I don’t believe that my wife and I truly realized the enormity of developing a custom home. Although we researched requisite information necessary to initiate this task, Tim made suggestions that truly enhanced our plan. Building a custom home was an awesome enterprise yet challenging. At our first meeting, Tim effectively communicated the goals and interplay of ideas and model of Genesis Custom Homes. He provided an intellectual atmosphere that stimulated an interchange of proposals and concepts for consideration and possible implementation. Immediately following this meeting we toured several models constructed by Genesis custom homes, and found them to be of superior quality and design. We were sold! In addition to being a custom home builder Tim is also a licensed realtor. He spent a considerable amount of time transporting us to various locations in search of a suitable lot for our dream home. Not only did we find the ideal lot(in a very nice area), Tim was able to negotiated a moderately good price. Subsequent conferences produce a contractual agreement generating a budget to build our home. We were assured that his monetary allotment would be included. Our home was completed in the allotted time frame, on budget.... and it is absolutely beautiful! Tim's integrity is without question and he genuinely had our best interest at heart. Visitors are truly impressed with the design and construction of our home both inside and out. comments such as "your home is really beautiful"," I love the tray ceiling" "The layout is fantastic," "the workmanship is very high quality", were not uncommon. We have had several inquires from individuals who expressed interest in building a custom home. Genesis Custom Homes built our home in 2000. We love our home and all the "special" details that it has. The features are timeless and my home still seems as new to me as it did 14 years ago.
