I used Doric per my friend’s recommendation who had been using him for years for custom closet design. His response time was great and he was very professional and clearly knowledgeable and experienced. He sent me a design within hours and made changes from my comments within minutes! He was very flexible and worked with me during my renovation project that kept getting the timeline pushed back. The end product for my son’s closet was functional, attractive, looked high end but very reasonably priced. I have used many closet companies in my house over 15 years and he was by far the best and best valued I have ever had the pleasure to use. I will be using him again very soon!

Chantilly Closet Design did 6 closets in my house, varying in size from small to large. I requested designs and quotes from 4 different companies. From the very beginning, Chantilly Closet Design provided by far the best quote and the closet designs that best suited our spaces. I interacted mainly with Doric, who provided great ideas for the closet designs, integrating all our requests. We would say for example that we want one more shelf here, or that we would like to separate these shelves, and within an hour or so Doric would respond with the revised design plans. Rarely have I seen a company that is so engaged with its clients and so responsive to their requests. This company also did other things that other companies would not do or charge you extra. For example, they removed the old closets and patched the walls. The company took about two days to install the six closets. The installer did a great job. The whole process (from requesting a quote to installing the closets) went very smoothly. No hiccups and no extra/hidden charges. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of their work.

I contacted five different closet companies before settling on Chantilly Closet Design. The owner, Doric Caron, is very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely easy to work with. He listened to my needs, and was not fazed if I needed to change or "tweek" a plan. His designs were easy to read and understand, and there were no "hidden" charges added later. His installation crew was pleasant, hard-working, and careful to clean up after themselves. I have already recommended him to other people, including my son who is thinking about replacing the awful builder-grade, coated-wire systems in his house with a closet system like mine: One that makes better use of the space and is so much easier to use as well as looking much more professional.
