Int-Hab a word play of “Intuitive Habitat” founded in the year 2012 is an architecture and design studio specializing in architecture, interior design and product design. Head quartered in Bangalore, the Design Studio believes in providing design solutions for a wide array of projects ranging from residential, hospitality, healthcare to institutional while being sensitive to the end user’s expectations and requirements. The Studio’s design ideology revolves around the principles of Minimalism, Sustainability, Feasibility and Functionality. Sachin Shetty Founder + Principal Architect COA registration No:CA/2000/26615 Ar.Sachin Shetty is an architect and a teacher who is the Founder and Principal Architect at Int-Hab architecture+ design Studio. He is also a visiting professor at various colleges across Bangalore. He studied at Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. He further went on to complete his Post Graduation Diploma in Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune. He is involved in planning and designing for projects of varied scales ranging from residential, hospital, hospitality, institutional to apartment complex. His forte lies in creating meaningful architectural spaces by giving equal prominence to built versus unbuilt.

I am a complete novice when it comes to interiors. So it was important for me so choose someone who would actually sit and think through with me for my home interiors. Right from the 1st stage of interaction of design/inception to the execution, the team has been extremely responsive and patient with my requirements. Communication to me is very important and the team has acted very well in this regard to ensure the project deadline was met. Be it choosing the right items to getting things done on time, the team has been very transparent and proactive which has made them stand apart from the rest. The execution has been more than satisfactory. Would highly recommend this team.

Creative , flexible and good listeners. They made our home building experience a pleasant one. We like how light and ventilation is taken care, use of local materials suitable for this environment. and no nonsense simple design elements. , Sachin and Madhu did a wonderful job in this remote location far from their work place. It was wonderful working with them.
