Dave was fantastic! I was having an issue with my custom wine cellar intallation and getting no where with getting the issues resolved after a year of trying. A friend suggested I give Dave a call. He was incredibly responsive to me, listened to all of the issues I was having, and started to solve them. He took responsibility for a problem he didn’t create which was so amazing! Within a short while she sent me a 3D layout of the design and a cost estimate early the next morning. With the price right on budget I placed the order, and within a few weeks I had my racks.
