Lorne, Colin and their team of committed tradespeople took our vision for our dream home and brought it into reality. We were so thankful to have a contractor that we trusted to make help us make the best decisions for this project. Lorne's 30+ years in the industry really stood out during our project. He has long standing relationships with trades who know their business, he knows the codes and city inspectors, and he knows what building techniques are useful and which ones are going to cause trouble. Our project started and finished exactly as promised, the quality of construction was very high, and the few inevitable problems were dealt with professionally. We're very happy with our new house.

Good attention to detail, excellent associated trades, final outcome met/exceeded my expectations. Building a 6500 sq ft house with landscaping in 10 months is something else that really stands out.

I worked for LDJ Contracting during summers while I was attending Dental School. Lorne only hires quality, hardworking and most of all friendly trades and suppliers. This makes for a great working environment for anyone who is on the site. It is without a doubt that LDJ Contracting produces amazing homes, but they also create a great building experience for clients through the way they conduct business on a day to day basis.
