We have worked with Jim, on the Tuscan Waterfront among many other projects. This project was a retrofit, on a beautifully finished home. I was very impressed with Jim going the extra mile to make sure it looked like it was part of the original design, and the homeowner was thrilled with the finished product. It is always an honor to work with Jim, I understand why his clients trust him, he is such an all around knowlegable and kind person.
