Dennis Baldwin is my secret weapon for my clients! He is the most talented designer I have ever worked with in my 25 years experience in Real Estate. I have referred him to many clients looking to remodel and redesign their homes from Half Moon Bay to Willow Glen, from Hawaii to Arizona! He is a genius at space design, before you call your contractor call Dennis. He can help with the entire project. One home he did in Cupertino the clients eventually sold and their home sold for $800,000 more than the comparables! (His attention to detail and adding hidden features to make a home more functional gave this home a unique wow factor) The finishes he chose were current even 10 years later when they sold. Dennis is an absolute genius and he is currently designing my bathrooms. He thought of ideas the contractor nor I thought of! Call Dennis first ! He can also work with any style. I'm so thankful I found him! He is truly the best is the business!

I have worked with Dennis on a couple projects where he was hired by my clients as the designer. Typically when a client tells me they are bringing in a designer I cringe because it usually means nothing but head aches and delays for me the builder. But with Dennis that is not the case. He is readily available, always replies promptly and is on top of things to let me keep my schedule in line. Beyond his professionalism Dennis is one of the most talented designers I have worked with. His finishing touches are second to none. I would love it if he were the designer on all my projects because it only makes my work look that much better at the end. I am starting to build my own home within a few months. Their is no one else I would even consider helping me dial in all the details other then Dennis. As a builder who has worked with a dozen other designers their really is no better endorsement then that.

Excellent service from Mr Dennis Baldwin . We've worked with Dennis on several interior design projects around the world. Couldn't be more helpful, always concerned about what we wanted and was very easy to work with . Always tried to get us the look we wanted at the best prices possible and never pushed his ideas upon us if we didn't like them. A joy to work with and will definitely not only recommend him and his company but will also work with him again on future home remodeling projects!

We are currently working with Dennis to update the home we recently bought. With his help, we have designed a brand new kitchen, from concept to cabinets to countertops, lighting, etc.., and chosen furniture, window coverings, bedding/pillows etc... for our master bedroom. Dennis has great taste, understands our taste and budget, and has a wonderful talent in his ability to "create consensus between spouses with different visions." I'm thrilled we found Dennis, who was recommended by a friend who had hired him for a project at her home.
