The level of service and lack of professionalism towards prospects is unreal. I am unsatisfied with the way this home builder handles business. My husband's I were willing to give the builder 6,500.00 more than the asking price of a home he had for sale to cover closing cost and to get a matching refrigerator. Everything was going well until he found out we were going to get our loan through USAA. Due to us not wanting to use his preferred lender and use USAA we were told he would not proceed with our offer. I will never consider buying one of his homes again after we waited for a week and we're told on numerous occasions that we would be contacted once the Realtor met with builder; just to get the run around. A week wasted, and then when it was all said and done we were asked if we would consider buying another property; which made zero sense! I couldn't imagine if we had bought the home what level of care we would receive when and if we we had a problem with the home after purchasing it. We should be able to use USAA since we are the ones who would ultimately be paying on the interest etc....USAA is a very reputable bank and offers service member and their family members great incentives to use them..

This Tuscan Estate is our 3rd custom home, but this has been the BEST experience with a builder. We got more for our money, outstanding quality, and premium features. We were on-site thru the entire process and the attention to detail was unsurpassed. When a change or modification was required, it was handled with respect and professionalism, Larry was on top of every selection, assured that our choices were implemented, and never disappointed. But the HUGE difference is Eddie Vale. He has an eye for aesthetic detail and perfection. He demands excellence and surrounds himself with craftsmen who will surpass expectation.
