Kayce and Jamie were a pleasure to work with. As long-time locals, it was great to work with a local design firm and have them come walk through our home and give us suggestions on what we should do, and maybe more importantly, what we should NOT do. They were extremely knowledgeable and worked within our budget to give us exactly what we were looking for. Their style fit very similarly to what we wanted to achieve. They were also reliable and available when we needed to speak with them. I would highly recommend LKW Design!

I discovered LKW Design on Houzz. Several of their featured designs on the Houzz website mirrored what I was looking for. Without benefit of a heads up, I cold called LKW and reached Kayce Newell, one of the firm’s principals. Kayce took time on the spot to listen to my thoughts and tell me a bit about the firm. A few days later, and following a much more lengthy conversation with Kayce and her business partner Jamie Critchlow, I learned all I needed to know about them and felt lucky to be able to be their client. Multiple long distance phone conversations ensued and by the time I met Kayce and Jamie in person two months later, they were already on top of my home remodel and were wonderfully in-tune with my vision. Throughout the nearly year-long project, they consistently exceeded my expectations through their attention to detail and their ability to stay within budget, all while providing me with the high end look I was going for. This is especially commendable considering the current COVID supply chain crunch. Basically, I can’t say enough good things about Kayce, Jamie and LKW Design. I will be forever grateful to have connected with them on both a professional and personal level. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again down the road as I contemplate additional remodeling.

This is the second project we work with LKW. This was a remodel and furnishing. They are easy to work with, they understand our needs and style. This makes it possible to work in short periods of time. We highly recommend them.

When buying a new home in Bachelor Gulch (CO), we needed help bringing it up to our style. We were referred to LKW by our realtor and from our first meeting with Jamie we never looked back. Jamie and Kayce make a great team. Taking on a project from our home in Chicago was a concern, but LKW made it easy. They quickly understood our style and how we wanted the various living spaces. From new furniture, window treatments, painting, etc., we were extremely pleased with the quality of their proposed products and LKW’s design of the space. We also had LKW renovate two bathrooms which turned out great. Their subs were on time and the work product exceeded our expectations. Jamie and Kayce are detailed and organized and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

Jamie and Kayce were such a pleasure to work with. They are so talented and so organized! They made the process easy and seamless, despite the fact that we were in Texas. The entire remodel they did for us turned out gorgeous and we love it. It was such a fun process, I just wish I had something else for them to do! I highly recommend them, and we will use them again in the future.

We just completed a remote project with Jamie and Kayce. It was our second time working with them, and again, they were creative, professional and efficient. This project was totally virtual - they were never actually in the space - but they came up with great solutions and products that both fit the space and coordinated with our existing pieces. They worked within our budget and everything arrived on schedule. Overall, it is a pleasure working with them and I would not hesitate to use them again.

They presented us with great options to choose from, and once selections were made, they were extremely organized and communicative throughout the ordering and install process. We've worked with Jamie & Kayce since 2015 on the remodel of our mountain condo. Their attention to large and small details was greatly appreciated and they helped us to achieve the cozy, mountain ambiance that we sought. We love working with LKW Design! They put together great design packets with specifications, elevations, layouts, and plans. This allows us to do our job as contractors to then put together a schedule, price everything out to get the best team of subs, and source the materials at the best prices for a client! Then manage the quality! It is so nice to work with Interior Designers that put information into written form and proper packets that are organized to construct projects!
