Muska Lighting Center

UsedMuska Lighting 12 years ago when our condo was built. We are only here 6 mine that out of the year and have had to replace 6 ceiling fixtures so far. Muska Lighting has not responded to our complaints. Would not recommend them at all

We ordered 4 outdoor wall mounts from Muska in early September. We were told that the fixtures would be available for pickup within 1 week. A day or two after ordering the wall mounts we received a call that the wall mounts were out of stock and would be back-ordered but that the deliver time to Muska would only be 2 or 3 weeks. After a month or so I checked with Muska again and was told that the wall mounts would be available very soon. A month went by and I checked again. I was subsequently told that the wall mounts would be at the Roseville store on November 7. Today is November 8 and Muska now says that the fixtures arrived in North Carolina yesterday, Tuesday. Muska now days that the fixtures will be shipped from North Carolina on November 14 and they are unsure when they will be available for pickup at Roseville. I did not plan on hanging these outside wall mounts in December. Muska’s service for us has been woeful. If we had received accurate or honest information about the actual availability of these wall mounts I would have purchased another product. There are many other lighting stores in the Twin Cities to purchase from and I will not be purchasing any further products from Muska.
