I know Tanya Marshal for many years. She is very kind and hard-working person. In addition, I had a very pleasant experiences with Twin Chick Furniture store. Tanya was very helpful. She showed all her furniture and her other products and helped me a lot with my order. Customer service is always top notch and Tanya is more than willing to assist you, no matter what you're shopping for! With each of her customers, Tanya is so kind and patient. She is giving her customers plenty of time to think about their orders and to make any additional changes. I would not hesitate to recommend her work for everyone who wants a good quality and also unique furniture.

I was so disappointed in the dresser this woman painted for me. We originally agreed on a color, off white. I then purchased a headboard that was pure white and asked her to match the headboard. After I got the piece home, I realized she had painted it off white. It looks absolutely terrible in the room...does not match at all. The woman was not at all accommodating...she wanted to charge me to change the color! When I took the piece elsewhere, they pointed out several spots of bleed through and commented that the work was "sloppy". I asked for a partial refund, but was denied. Now I am spending a couple hundred more dollars to have the piece fixed. Very poor customer service.

Tanya does such beautiful work. I would not hesitate hiring her for a moment, she did such beautiful work on my two pieces of bedroom furniture!
