Purchased townhome in 2008 from dwellings AKC. 5 units with modern finish, rooftop deck, rain showers, private yard, granite countertops, and central Air Conditioning.

I am an art professional and have had the pleasure of meeting with Alan on many of his projects to offer my humble advice here and there, as if he needed it. I am always amazed by his attention to detail, out of the box thinking and unique use of industrial and recycled materials. His projects are always well thought out and organized, on time and the results are top notch. I am very enthusiastic to work with Alan Kagan/Dwellings. Alan was kind enough to allow my customer see first hand some of his completed projects, materials used and his design talent. We are still in the planning, but I hope to begin very soon. I'm positive Dwellings/Kagan is the right group for us, we were extremely impressed.

Kagan Corporation is currently building a new home and a rental unit for me. The project is not yet completed but I have been so happy with the design and build process thus far. The Dwellings that Kagan Corporation build are fantastic pieces of art that you get to call your home. There is much attention to detail and Alan goes above and beyond to create the perfect space. I cannot wait to move into my new property. I highly recommend Alan to anyone, especially if you are looking for a modern home.

I found Alan Kagan by driving past his beautiful project on Prospect in Dallas. (Photos on this profile). I immediately stopped and toured the home and absolutely fell in love with his style, attention to detail, and his keen eye for artistic expression in his structures. We immediately knew that Alan was the builder we wanted for our modern home. We toured several other properties and have started a new residential home project with Alan. We are beyond excited with what Alan and his architect have done for us. Looking forward to posting finished product photos. Alan is very professional, has gone out of his way to help us with a somewhat difficult project, and has such fantastic ideas. I highly recommend him.

We are so happy with our modern custom home! Alan Kagan from Dwellings was such a breath of fresh air- he made custom home building as un-stressful as it could be. Custom homes aren't without challenges, but we wouldn't trade our home or our experience with Alan. My husband and I really appreciated his attention to detail and most of all, his genuine care for the product he was delivering to us. He has a really skilled design eye and stayed on top of everything- very thorough!

Alan is extremely creative and passionate about the homes he builds, his attention to modern architectursl details is uncomprimised. As a builder he focuses most of his efforts in Dallas, but has also built homes outside the city center (Plano, Keller, Addison). Additionally, he is friendly and easy to work with.
