Extremely poor communication skills and customer service. Does not follow through on what owner states he will do. Do not recommend.

Synergy did a wonderful job renovating our two bathrooms and they stand behind their work. I would use them again

I found a few home building and remodeling contractors on the internet. We were hoping to produce a full interior remodel of our cape style home which included a kitchen and two bathrooms, including adding a large deck outside. After meeting with Geoff, I felt most comfortable with him by far. He was very transparent with how he and his team could make our budget stretch the furthest. My wife and I are very satisfied with how the work has been handled from the very start at all times, starting with design work and throughout production. It has been a success to have hired them. Everything was perfect, and the entire is very professional! It took SLIGHTLY longer than we hoped it in the Synergy had done a few extra things we had not even expected which made the project that much better! I would refer Synergy and I would hire them again. Thank you!

We hired Geoff Bright of Synergy Home Improvements to renovate our home on January 7, 2019. Our project was to be completed April 30 2019. In the beginning weeks Geoff was very responsive and kept us informed on the progress regularly with emails, texts and photos. Approximately 4 weeks into the process, progress stopped and communication was limited. Our contract called for any and all permits to be obtained by Geoff Bright with the fees included in the contract price. The only permit for carpentry work that had been obtained was for replacing five windows and one entry door. This permit was obtained on March 6, 2019. On Jan 8, 2019 Geoff Bright and Synergy Home Improvements performed work in connection with installing a support post and a ceiling beam, including framing in the rafters. This work was structural in nature, which also required a building permit and was not obtained prior to work being done. When we learned of this, we pushed the issue that Geoff Bright obtain the necessary permit immediately. He was unable to obtain said permit as he had let his workman’s comp insurance lapse. After repeated communication on our part to resolve the issues that remained to get our house complete, the lack of response of this contractor was inexcusable given we had paid him for work and materials that were not installed nor completed. On July 1, 2019 we terminated our contract due to material breach and our home remained uninhabitable for the next 30 days. I would not recommend this contractor or his company. He is unethical and the quality of his service and work is in complete contrast to what he advertises and he failed to perform his obligations under the contract to which he entered into.

Best decision we made was hiring Geoff to do our renovation! Beautiful job! Love everything about it and the crew is the best to work with!

Geoff Bright designed and built a bathroom and additional space in the basement of our home in East Falmouth. We are very pleased with the results . Throughout the process Geoff communicated well , offered practical suggestions and kept within our price range . His team was careful , courteous and helpful . We had a roof leak resulting from snow melt at our Cape home that caused some interior damage to walls and ceiling. I contacted Geoff at Synergy who returned my call promptly and then showed up when promised to assess the situation and provide an estimate. I was concerned that the job was too small and Geoff ensured me it wasn't. Geoff explained what needed to be done, provided a price and a timeline. I was pleased to have the work completed on time and even more pleased when he told me that it actually was a little less than the original estimate. He also left the house very clean after doing the drywall work which we appreciated. He even checked back after the next big storm to ensure we were all set. Would definitely call him again for our next project.

We have used Synergy Home Improvement for the past 3 years. 1st we had them paint the inside of our entire house. Last year they painted the outside of our house. This year they made an addition to our deck and installed a fence around the deck. Geoff is great to work with and his price is very competitive. I would recommend Geoff at Synergy for all your home projects!!!

Not only is Geoff very good at his craft, he is also incredibly responsive and trustworthy. He has done a number of projects for me including hardscaping, repairing a chimney issue, putting in laminate flooring, etc. I've always been pleased with his work and trust him with the key code to come and go from my home while he is working on projects.

Geoff and his team are truly amazing! We have a beautiful home right on the harbor that is our family home that we rent to guests throughout the summer ! 2 years in a row we had pipes burst and it was devastating as we we were booked for weddings and guests, Geoff got all the work done and did not miss a beat! Honestly I don't know what we would have done without him, he is honest, caring and a perfectionist! his sub contractors are complete professionals and all highly skilled workers!!! Whatever we need for the house we only call Geoff!!! Right now they are painting the whole exterior!!! Can say they are the best!!!!!

I have had Geoff do many jobs in my house. He put on a new mahogany front porch and repaired and fixed my pergola. He also painted all the trim on the whole house and removed mold from chimney , He also put a wooden fence around my back property line, He is fast,and does a beautiful job,cleans up well after jobs and is a fair price. Geoff is very respectful and the price was on target to the quote he gave me. I highly recommend him for any job and have to many of my friends.
