I used Timberlane Shutters on a project I completed in 2017. I worked with David in Sales who is so knowledgeable, detail oriented, and timely with correspondence and orders. The design/ordering process was excellent. The product really does speak for itself... custom made, sturdy, beautiful wood, spec's are exact... truly a quality product. Really completed the facade I designed for this traditional house.

Although I am not in the habit of writing reviews, I cannot let this fine company suffer a poor review without my excellent one. We have a stone rancher that needed shutters to provide personality, color, and vibrancy. Timberlane was excellent, as was the installation. We too got the Endurian shutters for long term maintenance free life. The experience was an awesome and transformative one. The staff was great, responsive, supportive and professional. This company could not be any better.

As of today we cannot recommend Timberlane Shutters. We ordered the Endurian shutters based on the companies "Best" comments on the website and the gentleman we ordered them from. We loved them until we had cracking issues, paint issues and joint issues. It's been weeks and there has been no urgency to solve the problem . They are less than 1 year old. The only way I hear from them is if I email them and then they drop off for days and weeks . We ordered 4 36-96 panels and were told to ship them back, we have no desire to crate them up and figure out how to ship them out. That was the solution for those. It's been 6 weeks and still no solution for the benefit of us the customer. Customer service gets a -10 from us. Very disappointed and probably out THOUSANDS of dollars based on how this has gone so far.

No landscaping yet, but wanted to share the transformation. Thank you to Nick Talio and Joe Walsh for their professionalism and customer service. We have now put Timberlane shutters on two homes. Have loved the finished products both times! Impeccable work.
