We hired Closet Factory to do four walk-in closets and five storage closets in our newly constructed home. Isaac did a terrific job translating our needs into the design of attractive, functional closets. Bryan did first class work with the installation. All the work was completed on time and we couldn't be happier with our new beautiful closets!

We did a master bedroom/bathroom remodel. Closet Factory was by far the easiest of all the contractors/subs we worked with! We hired them on our own through Costco. They were the most efficient and professional group we worked with through the entire process. Our initial design was awesome and the installation was perfect. Doug, the designer, took great care to ask questions about our needs. He spent a great deal of time in order to design closets that make use of every space. The installers were courteous as well as efficient, We are very pleased with the finished closets. Wish we had done it sooner.

I used Closet Factory of Kentucky in 2012 and was extremely pleased and definitely impressed with the quality of the work. I recently moved and knew I wanted to have some closet/organizational upgrades done in my new home, and contacted Closet Factory of KY again. I was not disappointed. The initial designer consultation was informative and the designer was able to work with the space and create an installation and closet system that is perfect. The installers were polite, prompt and professional. I am extremely satisfied. The installation plan was clear, thorough and the work was done with great craftsmanship, care and high quality furnishings. I would definitely recommend Closet Factory of KY as they were easy to work with, user friendly, and produced a result that addressed all my needs. The price was fair and the work exceptional. The monetary cost produced a high value result and made the work a wise and worthy investment.

We needed closet storage options for our new home, hanging space, drawers, open shelves, shoe, tie, and belt racks, even a dressing mirror. Our intent was to maximize the available space in the master closet to minimize the furnishing needed in the master bedroom. Working with Closet Factory, we were able to achieve a good mix of quality storage options that provided us with everything we needed. The options were almost limitless and very reasonable compared to onsite custom built-ins. The process was easy, and they walked us through everything to ensure we had the right dimensions and options to fit our needs. They even worked with our work schedules to meet us in the evening. We were so pleased with the selections and quality of their products, we decided to have them design the closet space in two other bedrooms. Within a couple of weeks, the systems were ready for installation. The install was quick and the final product exceeded our expectation. Now that we've moved in, we are so glad we went with Closet Factory. They did a professional job and ensured we were completely satisfied.

I purchased a 120 year old home with no closets! I called three companies for a quote. One of the three didn't show up for scheduled appointment. Of the two that were considered, Closet Factory made the decision easy, as the design was exactly as I had requested, as well as additional suggestions that I wasn't aware were options. The closets that were installed consisted of a large bedroom walk-in, and a pantry and coat closet for the kitchen. The floors and walls of this old home were so uneven and challenging, we weren't sure how the installation could possibly be done. The professional carpentry work is amazing. Every piece installed is even and level, with precise customization. We could not be more impressed and pleased. We were kept informed of the process every step of the way, and would definitely work with Closet Factory again.

We had Closet Factory custom design & install a Master Bedroom walk-in closet for us. First of all, we interviewed 3 companies & had each give us their design. Kelly at Closet Factory in Louisville, knocked the design out of the park. Our closet was jam packed and literally could not walk in it anymore. Kelly designed a system utilizing literally every inch of space to it's fullest. Our closet is now, roomy, organized, beautiful and very spacious with room to spare even! The installers Brian & Jonathon were professional & meticulous. Closet Factory also went an extra step and made an extra trip before our scheduled install date, and removed the old wire shelving for us and patched the holes, so that gave me time to get in the closet & paint it before the install. We are thrilled with the end result, it is truly perfection in every way. I want to transform our other closets as well, and Kelly at Closet Factory will be the only one I call. Can't wait to get all of my closets looking this fabulous with Closet Factory!

My husband and I are so thrilled with our newly designed closet and pantry. We have so much more room than with our old 20 year old areas. This is amazing to see. I need to buy more clothes to fill up the empty spaces in our closet. Sherry Maraman did a fantastic job measuring and designing the space. The installers Tyler and Brian were very professional and courteous. The job was completed in two short days. Everyone should consider Closet Factory to design and install their closets and pantry. Terrific experience working with this company. Our closet concepts rack system literally fell out of the walls on a Saturday afternoon. Just a sudden Grcrash in the house and when we discovered where and what it was, thought, "did this really just happen?" In googling closet repair information, I chose one close to home with a local phone number. We received several return phone calls to set up a consultation. Our consultant set an appointment, and arrived on time to take measurements, draw a s sketch, recommend suggestions and let us know when to expect an install. Our installer arrived a few days later, on time and got to work. Great product, price and turn around time. We could not be more pleased.

We love our new closet!! Working with our designer (Marilyn) was very easy. She listened to our needs and exceeded our expectations. The quality and construction of our new closet system is far superior to our old closet. For the first time we are able to find all of our clothes. Our installer was professional, neat, and efficient. We loved working with this company. Their follow up and professionalism was exceptional. I had a wonderful experience. Linda was awesome designing my room into closet. The guys that came to the installation were very professional and neat. I changed my mind about wanting two more hang rods. I didn't decide this until after they left on Friday. I called Linda and she was able to get ahold of them and they brought it with Saturday morning and changed that for me. I have everything in there and absolutely LOVE it.

This company is very, very reliable. All dates were met and the installation was perfect. We must have been a demanding customer because we actually design the walk-in closet as a walk through closet and we demanded to meet all end points in relation to base boards and ceiling (the house is 50 years old, ceilings are never perfectly even). Closet Factory got the elements in place with a precision to the millimeter. We are very pleased and we recommend Closet Factory to anybody without the slightest hesitation.

I hired Closet Factory to design and build my master closet. I found the designer, Jerry, to be professional and extremely knowledgeable. I worked with Jerry to make a number of revisions to his original plan, but these were very minor (e.g., the layout of a jewelry drawer insert). I had to change my original installation date and the service coordinator was polite and prompt in answering my questions. And I have high praise for the installer. He did a wonderful job and cleaned up thoroughly. I think this company does great work and would recommend them without hesitation.

Closet Factory could not have been more helpful in creating, building and installing the design for the vision I had for my ensuite closet and laundry room. They not only helped me improve upon what imagined but worked under the unusual circumstance of rooms that had slanted ceilings, plaster, brick and drywall! Upon completion I not only had accessories I never knew existed (a fold out ironing board, LED LIGHTED HANGING RODS, a three level hanging rack with a pull down bar for the top tier, an entire wall of shoe shelves, a beautiful built in cabinet with a granite counter top, a valet hanger, a tie rack, a belt rack, and a clothes hamper barn) but a closet that is the envy of all my friends! While we do not expect to move anytime soon, we have a closet that will ABSOLUTELY be one of the reasons someone decides to buy our house!!

I originally hired the closet factory to install a closet. The one that was there was the cheap wire racks and they were not properly installed. The Closet Factory was great to work with and Linda did a great job of explaining the process and helping me get something that fit in my budget. The installer showed up as scheduled and worked diligently and professionally until he was completed. I am very satisfied with the closet. I also went ahead and had an entertainment center installed in my bonus room. I do like the closet better but overall I'm satisfied.
