An Interior Designer With So Many Juxtapositions of Styles

Conni Lovelace, aka - The Decorator, LLC is a boutique interior design firm, only accepting a few projects at a time so you can have one-on-one design attention from the founder, Conni Newsome Lovelace. Over 25 years of experience working full-time in the design industry learning the "design" ropes from Douglas Associates, Inc., a high-end residential design firm in Denver, Colorado. She traveled from the coast of California to Maine installing projects while establishing a deeper passion for interior design. Conni started her career after attending design school as a project manager and later continued working with the same clients when the owner retired 13 years later. This gave her the tools to form a firm she established as a partner called C+A Interiors…fast forward to current times after being recognized and awarded Home of the Year by Colorado Homes and Lifestyle and the ultimate award for the best residential interior design by ICAA for the Newman Awards. Lovelace resigned from her firm and relocated and later formed The Decorator, LLC. to take on new projects. As an interior designer, Conni has a wide-ranging portfolio from high-end residential estates, a tropical brewery, and a handful of personal office spaces to unique vacation rentals and designer showhomes. Conni's projects have been featured and published in local and national shelter magazines, books, and most recently in Architectural Digest! She can help you redecorate, remodel or build a custom home. She is a lover of architectural details, gardens, fashion, and anything and everything to do with a place where you spend time or entertain. "My goal is to give you a thoughtfully curated sanctuary that is timeless; a home that is built with good bones and filled with staple pieces from vintage finds to custom pieces covered with beautiful designer fabrics from lines I have come to love and trust". Every client and project has different requirements and expectations, therefore, a variety of design solutions are available to fit most clients' needs and budgets.

Conni is an outstanding designer and collaborator. We have worked with her on all three of our homes and she never ceases to impress us with her eye for the right furniture and layout, paint and wallpaper choices and overall design of entire projects. She has decades of experience and her talent for making a house feel like a beautiful and unique home is unparalleled. She is a joy to work with and we have referred her to everyone we know! I have known Conni for many years. I have seen homes she has transformed inside and outside. Every one of the homes have their own personality that she has given them. I am currently having my kitchen remodeled and love having Conni with such expertise in what her customers want and adding what will be the best look and design to make it be beautiful. While traveling for a few weeks, I gave Conni, The Decorator full access to my home.
