Shelby, lead designer at Willow & Co. and I have worked together on many projects since around 2017. I love how Shelby gives her all no matter how big or small the project is. She has helped me with individual rooms as our family has grown and our needs have changed and she is now working with me on an exciting major home renovation. She has a great sense of space and layout and she has really helped me define my style. She is a great communicator, always professional, honest and clear about the direction of a project. I cannot imagine a better designer in the Phoenix area to work with. Shelby was prompt, professional, and inspiring during every step of our whole-home remodel. We had a lot of struggles with workmen and contractors but she never, ever faltered. Her people were always on time, always courteous, always prompt. We never had to worry about a thing when Shelby was on it! She knew exactly what we wanted and made it happen, only contacting us to verify a choice or if there was a problem with a choice. But she always had backup solutions ready to go and was incredibly practical along the way. Ultimately, I learned that I really didn't need to worry at all about changes to our ideas because Shelby would always choose something I liked. She just knew what to do, and do it on budget! And the best part was that when our contractor's subs couldn't follow through, she was able to bring in her guys to do the job better. I wish she could have been our contractor! Shelby is not only a brilliant designer but also a fantastic businessperson. She is so prompt and efficient with invoicing and payments and she always makes sure we know she's 100% on top of everything we ask for. I don't know how she does it, honestly. The level of detail she can handle is just infinite.

Shelby with Willow & Co. is wonderful. She has helped us transform our house into the home we have always dreamed of. We replaced all the flooring, completely renovated the kitchen and laundry room. It was extremely helpful to have her guidance as we made design choices and worked with a variety of contractors and subs on the project. We are now gearing up to furnish the home with Shelby's help and then move onto the next phase of our home project-bathrooms and home office.

You will not be disappointed in hiring Shelby as your interior designer. She is a great listener, takes her job seriously, and always comes back with such excellent options. She's also good under pressure! We hired her in 2020 to do one room, and have ended up continuing to work with her to design and furnish our whole house! She is responsive and great at putting beautiful combinations together for our review. One of the best things about working with Willow & Co. is that I always feel like they truly take direction from the client and work to give us the best interpretation of our vision. I never feel like she's turning out basic designs or reusing concepts. Each element and mood board is unique to our needs and requests. Shelby never pushes anything on us, and does a great job of giving us luxury options with a mix of more affordable options as well. The finished results is always so beautiful and so approachable.

Willow & Co has been wonderful to work with. Shelby has been on top of the entire project from start to finish. Her vision has been spot on. We completed the first phase of the project which was the common areas of the house and it looks amazing. So so happy with the outcome. Soon we are beginning phase two, which is bathrooms. I cannot wait to see what her final vision looks like. Shelby listens to her clients and stays on top of the job, even during many pandemic delays.

Shelby was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. She picked up the phone every time I called, which in today's world is unheard of. She helped to take my rough vision into a reality and I couldn't be happier. When we sit down each night in our living room it gives us such peace and joy to have a beautiful room to relax in after the kids go to bed. Now I just need to do the rest of my house so it's as lovely as the living room Shelby designed!

We hired Shelby to do our son's nursery, and it is our favorite room of the house!! Seriously the most darling space I've ever seen. We get complimented on it every time we have guests. We were so pleased with how it turned out, that we have hired her to do our entire home renovation of the home we have just purchased. Her style is so divinely original, that my husband and I have decided we'd be comfortable with little input and giving her full control over the design of our home! I have worked with Willow & Co on both my home and my salon! Shelby does incredible work and has a very good eye for things. Decor and placing things together in a room completely overwhelms me and I have no idea what I’m doing! Shelby gets me out of my comfort zone and boring style! She knows how to put it all together for an amazing end result! Shelby is very professional and easy to get along with. We hired Shelby from Willow & Co to complete a full remodel of a home we had just purchased and we were beyond excited and pleased with the work that was done. It was a large project at 3,000 sq ft and was an old home from the 70's with every part of the house needing work. She was quick to respond to us and to begin working on our project. We went over some things we liked and she was able to understand our vision and style and execute it flawlessly. She gave us a reasonable estimate on what it would take to get the house to where we wanted and we were very satisfied with it. She managed and stayed on top of the whole project and made sure things ran smoothly. She worked out any of the kinks that happened during construction and made things easy on us. She kept us in the loop the whole time. She kept our budget in mind as well the whole time and we came in right where we wanted to be. She was very thorough and put in extra effort to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the work. We even finished before our estimated date!! We are very glad that we chose to work with Shelby at Willow & Co and would highly recommend her to anyone. We love our house and we now have our forever home thanks to her!
