Not only have we worked with Luke and Amy on personal projects, but we have worked with them on an ongoing basis on our professional projects. They are one of the few true craftsmen in their trade today. They give great attention to detail and take pride in their work. Luke Denny from Alpentile installed a 6 x 12 glass tile back splash in kitchen and hallway. Their work was meticulous, they were prompt and very! neat. Luke was flexible in any changes we had to make, and very careful as the glass tile had to be cut very cautiously around outlets and switches to prevent breakage. The finished look exceeded our expectations. We are more than satisfied and highly recommend Alpentile.

A professional interior designer and store owner recommended Alpentile to me. I had used other tilers to install my floors, but Luke of Alpentile is extremely meticulous about his work and has a keen sense of design. The project was a redo of my fireplace. Luke gave it a more contemporary look and did a beautiful job with the materials of marble and copper I picked for the redo. The result is very dramatic and speaks to Luke's passion to produce quality products for his clients. His work ethic is also exceptional. He and his partner were always on time, and the job was completed within a week. They were always very careful when working around your personal items, and they always left the job site orderly and clean. Luke also extended his efforts to make my fireplace look fabulous by providing the crushed glass in place of my old logs to complete the look. I highly recommend the team of Luke and his wife Amy of Alpentile for any of your special tile projects.

I hired Alpentile to do tile work in a kitchen remodel that was part of a full Midcentury remodel in North Phoenix. I had a previous tile contractor who struggled with the same tile (Bissazza 4mm paper faced mosaic). Alpentile showed thier experience. They floated a wall in prep of the tile because the wall was bowed. They laid the sheets of tile and grout lines were perfect. The grout and cleaning of the tile was exceptional. The tile work is a beautiful feature wall in a very nice kitchen remodel. The only regret I have is that I did not call Alpentile first instead of the other contractor. I will hire Alpentile for future work.

Group Works LLC

Alpentile obviously knows their stuff. We met Amy while she was giving a technical presentation at our national trade show, and it was clear to us that we had found someone that could help install a complex tile design job that we had sold in concept, but were not sure how to get it executed. We hired Luke and Amy to come out and provide some training, but it became clear very quickly that in order to have the job done well, we should hire them. So, we did! We have a rule at Group Works - anyone who works for us must be skilled, self sufficient, educated and nice to work with! Alpentile met those criteria easily.

Amy and Luke Denny at Alpentile specialize in blowing minds. My partners and I have been tickled pink with the design and build quality of our sign at Captive Spirits. Thanks Alpentile!! The sign was made with black and white glass tile on top of a high density foam. Its has our logo on the front and back. It was built to last a lifetime outside in Seattle. The iron work that holds the sign in place was done by Grizzly Iron Works.

Working with Alpentile for my glass tile feature wall was the best experience I have had working with a contractor. I received timely responses to any inquires and questions, the estimate provided was exactly correct and the project was completed on time! Amy and Luke, the owners of Alpentile, are very trustworthy and fun to work with, I highly recommend their expertise for anyone looking for quality custom tile installation.

Alpentile help us complete our total Master Bath renovation. Their scope of work consisted of hanging all of the Hardie backer board, installing the pan at the recessed shower floor, waterproofing all of the wet tile walls and floor, installing the linear floor drain, installing all of the large format wall and floor tile and installing all of the glass mosaic tile. The craftsmanship was great, they were clean and curtious and they were even great with our dogs! Luke and Amy were great to work with!
