We chose the tope of the line with the newly released Florence XL 9” Vinyl Plank “Sierra Madre” based on the samples provided by contractor. The product that was delivered looks like a completely different color, much darker throughout than the sample selection. We were too far into our project by the time it was delivered so contractor convinced us to install anyway and not wait another 4 weeks to send back for a different color. While it is sturdy and seems to be a decent flooring product, we’re extremely disappointed with the overall appearance as it is much darker than the look we wanted. The bottom selection on the sample board is the color “Sierra Madre.”

We had the floors redone after purchase of hours and before we moved in. They had 3days to demo, lay floor and all new molding (baseboard) It was done when it was needed and looked great!

We recently built a house and our builder subs out the hard surfaces work to Wholesale Flooring Services. We used WFS for all the tile in 4 bathrooms, back splash for the kitchen, the hardwood floors on the main floor and the carpeting in the basement and second floor. Overall, we were very happy with WFS. They delivered good quality materials and installation and were very responsive and fast to fix things when any issues came up. Special mention has to go to Kristin Borgman, the onsite designer at WFS. When we started this project, we were totally overwhelmed by the tile selection process. Kristin guided us through the whole process, doing a great job of understanding the look we were going for and finding tile that met our design goals and came in at budget. After she spent an extensive amount of time with us picking tile, flooring, and carpet, she went above and beyond and helped us pick paint colors for the interior of the house. Overall, she was a pleasure to work with and we're thrilled with the result.

I have the pleasure of knowing and working with Kristin Borgman for several years. Not only does she offer great client service, promptly returning phone calls and/or emails, but her knowledge of interior design, materials and finishes is top notch! I am definitely impressed by her advice and creativity to know what materials to recommend to find the perfect blend and cohesiveness that fits the particular room and its environment so it looks amazing! She is always able to come up with a wonderful design using high quality materials that are reasonably priced -and, the end result is that it always look great! I would definitely recommend Kristin to assist you with any material finishes and interior design advice!

The professionals at WFS really know there stuff! Kristen helped me put together all the pieces for a spectacular bath remodel and everything came together beautifully. On time and at an affordable price as well. We have used them for flooring, cabinets, more flooring and tile. Commented: New kitchen counters neededI would recommend a granite slab. That will keep the natural characteristics in your home and also give you an upgraded product. You could also do quartz that still has a more natural look like granit...

Commented: Kitchen black granite white cabs, light gray wall - accent color?Do not choose red. Reds are the default of "accent" colors and they are over played. Pick something in the blue family or work within tertiary colors ( blue-green, yellow-orange, red-violet)...
