Ageloff & Associates prides itself on being a team of design professionals, comprised of architects and interior designers, who are both excellent listeners and interpreters. Whether it is for the design of a new property, or the redesign of an existing one, each project is conceived in terms of its individual potential and opportunities for the client. Every detail, from the accessories, furnishings, and artwork, to the millwork, lighting and mechanical systems, is designed to complement each other while fulfilling the overall objectives of the assignment. The firm’s blend of skills and its professional approach enable it to work on a wide range of projects, from single rooms to complex facilities and with a variety of design approaches. Recently completed projects and works in progress include the redesign and decoration of a duplex apartment on Park Avenue, the redesign and decoration of a home in East Hampton, the complete renovation and redesign of a vacation home on Martha's Vineyard, the restoration of an historic Bing and Bing apartment building lobby, and the expansion of a cooking school in the Flatiron district of Manhattan.

We just finished a gut renovation on a 1900 sq ft pre-war apartment in Manhattan. Our experience with Ageloff & Associates was exceptional from start to finish. Their attention to detail is exceptional, their eye for both design and functionality is keen, and they managed to rework the layout of our apartment such that a 30 year veteran of the NYC real estate business called it one of the best gut renovations she's ever seen. We felt completely cared for in their capable hands and recommend them without reservation.

We worked with Scott and team about 10 years ago for our Greenwich Village apartment's full gut renovation and interior design. They are extraordinary! Their ability to maximize utilization of space in an elegant, sophisticated way was incredible. They listened well and developed solutions that worked well for our family. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and as a result, there were NO mistakes made. Even our General Contractor commented on how Scott's drawings are the most detailed they have seen come from anybody. They are also sensitive to budgets and very practical. Not to mention all very lovely people. We had fun and then moved back into an amazing apartment that we love.

We worked with Scott and Erin to renovate and decorate a Manhattan apartment 8 years ago. Today the apartment looks as good as it did the day it was completed. It was a pleasure working with Ageloff and Associates. Everything was completed in an efficient and timely manner and we cannot be more pleased with the results.

Scott Ageloff’s brilliant design for the gut renovation of our 1,150 square-foot, upper-west-side co-op deftly incorporated our entire wish-list including the addition of a home office, guest powder room, dining area, large pantry and open kitchen into a layout/design that absolutely optimized every square-inch into a logical and cohesive home. The before & after transformation is remarkable. Throughout the design & construction, we relied on the diligence & professionalism of the entire team at Ageloff Associates, including Reid Betz (Principal) & Eric Paeper (Interior Designer), who together with Scott Ageloff himself, helped ensure that our beautiful new home was ready on-time and within budget.

The team from Ageloff was fantastic to work with! Planning a renovation in NY was intimidating. We decided to ask our Building Superintendent who he'd found to be the easiest and most professional to work with on previous renovations. Without hesitation he said Ageloff. Our small renovation (knock down one wall, close one door between bedrooms and update kitchen and bathrooms) became a gut job....because their ideas for repurposing the space were so brilliant!! We could not be happier about every aspect of our renovation- how terrific/kind/easy Scott, Reid and Erin were to work with! How wonderful the contractor- Leo Avonitis was to work with! All of the his team- Michael and Neal- the best! We were on time, on budget. And we are absolutely thrilled with the finished product!

Scott Ageloff, Reid Betz and Erin Wells of Ageloff and Associates have worked with me for 18 months renovating a two bedroom apartment on Park Avenue in New York City.....we have worked together as a true collaboration with, as well, DiSalvo Construction in a truly seamless way.....even when we were faced with unbelievably difficult demands from the architect hired by the Board to oversee the plans, Ageloff and DiSalvo handled everything in a professional manner with good practice.....the designs in all stages were/are perfection down to the knobs and door fixtures.....Erin and I could read each other's minds and were able to work collaboratively as well as succinctly even though I had some difficult physical problems to deal with.....and the Ageloff group were sympathetic and understanding..... I have done many renovations but none as satisfactory and beautiful as this one.....even my friend who is a luxury real estate broker has described the apartment as exquisite.....
