Commented: What is the skirting around the base of the house?These are brick veneer panels that can be left as is in the color/style ordered or painted to the customer's specifications.

Commented: can you tell me is this roof charcoal or matte black?James Hardie Board and Batten for the main level and Lap Siding for the upper loft area.

Commented: Is this siding material vinyl?The exterior body color is Benjamin Moore "Dove White" color matched to Sherwin Williams and the door is Sherwin Williams SW7645 Thunder Gray.
