Thad is the best! He is so creative when coming up with a plan. He is also a good listener and eager to please. Additionally, the quality of the cabinets is excellent as well as the attention to detail during installation. We could not be happier with our cabinets and Wende Woodworking!

I can’t say enough positive things about the work done by Thad and his crew at Wende Woods. The careful attention to detail is second to none and he had wonderful idea about making the best use of bathroom, kitchen and pantry spaces. There might be others who would try to match his expertise; but if you want beautifully designed and built cabinets look no further.

Although our project got pushed back several times and did not get completed as soon as we had originally been told, it was worth the wait! We are extremely pleased with the design, quality of workmanship, and installation of the final product.

Thad and his crew absolutely helped transform my kitchen into a space I never imagined! When beginning this major renovation, my designer friend whom I was working with told me “the only person in this area who will exceed your expectations is Thad Wende of Wende Wood.” That was an understatement! Thad and crew were professional, conscientious and extremely detailed oriented. This project was completed in April of 2021 and I am so apologetic that I have not written this review before now….I have just been enjoying my new kitchen!!!!!

Our project involved a complete redesign of our eat-in kitchen, family room and laundry room. Unlike some other companies, Thad and his team took the time to visit our home, draw up a plan and give us an estimate without asking for any money up front. Compared to other ‘custom’ cabinet manufacturers, Thad was truly custom in that he was willing to build things for us based off of a picture or verbal description. In doing this, we were able to make the best use of the space in our older home. He also offered ideas that ended in an attractive layout because he is not just a woodworker, but has a real eye for design and symmetry. The finish on the cabinets is durable, yet silky smooth and the walnut butcher block topped island is a warm and lovely centerpiece in the kitchen. The deep drawers are sturdy and much more functional than what we had before. All in all, Thad was great to collaborate with and his team paid close attention to detail. We are very happy with the end product and have already recommended him to friends and family who are planning projects.

Wende Woodworking LLC provides an excellent product of the highest quality. We built a new home recently and cannot say enough good things about our cabinetry. Wende Woodworking did a kitchen project for us, and did a nice job! They built a new cabinet piece to replace an existing piece we wanted to remove, and it matched like it was original. They also replace all of our original countertops with quartz, and we love the new look.
