Arteva Homes' focus on building high-quality, semi-custom residences drew us initially to this builder. The project manager as well as the subcontractors associated with Arteva were all very professional in their knowledge, quality of craftsmanship, as well as ability to work with clients directly; we're very pleased with the ultimate result of our beautiful home. A minor downside was their cumbersome data system in place during our build which made for a lot of confusion in accounting for the charges associated with any changes from original plan or upgrades as the build progressed.

As a first time homebuyer, Arteva has been excellent to work with to build our dream home. From the beginning stages of selecting a lot and floor plan, to deciding on material selections and upgrades, through closing, Arteva and their associates walk you through the process seamlessly. They finished the home on time, as promised, and ensured we kept within our budget. Their staff from greeters, to our sales manager, to our building site manager, to the CEO, are all excellent, highly skilled, polite and extremely professional. How many other homeowners of new construction can say their builder’s COO attended their closing or that the CEO was involved in the building of the home to ensure it was built not only to your specifications, but to his as well? We can! Vito was involved in every aspect and made suggestions and changes to make sure our home was custom built perfectly for us. In addition, all of the trades they hired to complete the home are very detailed and professional. While building a home, especially as a first time homebuyer, can be stressful at times, Arteva made the process so much easier. Not only did they deliver a quality well-built home, in the timeframe they promised, but they delivered a beautiful home that has been admired by all of our family and friends. After reviewing 10 other builders over the course of a year, we know we made the right decision by choosing Arteva. Would we build with them again? ABSOLUTELY!
