We used Jake to draw up some plans on a residential remodel as well as a life safety plan for a commercial property we were renovating. He was communicative, quick, and easily able to draw up what we were wanting! Even more importantly, he remained communicative even after being paid as we encountered a few questions during the renovation process. Trustworthy. Quick. Did a great job!

Jake was great! Very kind and professional and was able to address our needs quickly and efficiently. He was very transparent about timelines and cost. The result of his work was beautiful and easy to understand and the electronic files make things easy for the application process. We would highly recommend him for anyone’s future home projects.

We engaged Jake to design our new home in the downtown Greenville area and could not be more pleased with the result. He listened to what we wanted as the priorities (kitchen, master bath, great room, porch) and came back to us with a few options. We continued to make modifications to the overall concept and he was patient and made appropriate suggestions. In addition, he provided us with an interior finish and appliance resource and he did the landscape architecture as well. He is a true professional in every sense of the word and we highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

Jake was engaged to redesign the floor plan for a high end townhome we purchased in Greenville. He managed to make a number of great improvements, all within the footprint and limitations of the original townhome floor plan. During the construction he was able to detect mistakes in the framing, lights, plumbing and HVAC registers placements in time to force corrections without major dislocations. He is a joy to work with. His sense of esthetics and technical abilities transformed the original design of our new home into an architectural showcase of beauty and functionality.

Jake was clear and helpful in providing a site plan for upgrading our landscaping scheme. He was responsive, and concluded his work with recommendations that allowed me to choose from a variety of alternatives to suit my taste. We are super pleased with Jake and his ability to draw up our plans for our future home. He came out to our property, had us pin items that we wanted him to use and he did the rest. He is very attentive to details and takes the feedback that you provide and is able to turn what you tell him into a great set of plans. We had numerous edits but he was more than willing to listen and make it how we truly wanted it. Highly recommend..
