We built a custom home with Atrium that was completed in 2016. Jojy strives to work with only the best contractors, most of which he has a long standing relationship with, creating a much smoother process for everyone involved. They are highly transparent about budgets, change orders and estimates and extremely fair in handling additional costs that come up along the way. Jojy personally cares about the final product and has a keen eye for detail and will always make sure the work is up to his standard. Atrium also has many upgrades and features that are standard to every home he builds. Atrium has a vast portfolio of many styles of homes that he has flawlessly executed. We built a very transitional style home, which is more rare to find in Texas and Atrium was one of the few builders who saw our vision. I would highly recommend Atrium to anyone looking to build a custom home. You will be taken care of from start to finish and will have a quality product you will be proud of.

It was a great pleasure to work with Jojy Koshy and his team from Atrium Fine Homes as they took a lot of time to understand our wishes and requirements for the new home that we wanted to build. The design phase is the most important part of the home building process, and we felt that Jojy and his team spent many hours with us to work through several revisions until we were satisfied with the plan that suited all our needs. Jojy has a very good team who worked with us at every step of the construction process. Jojy himself is very familiar with various aspects of home building, and more importantly he also is very empathetic towards the stress and excitement that the home owners experience during the process. It’s hard to foresee and incorporate everything in the initial design of a true custom home, until as the construction progresses. Jojy, however, was very cooperative in providing us with various alternatives as we chose to make some changes and he was very willing to incorporate the changes within the budget. We wanted a very open plan that offered many windows allowing plenty of daylight and unobstructed views, and we are very happy that’s how our house has turned out. The design of our house also optimizes all the beautiful views that our land has to offer, with a large balcony overlooking the lake and the green belt, and windows throughout the house bringing daylight from all directions. Home building is a very stressful process, even more so for a custom home, and sometimes it can be hard for a homeowner to sustain a good relationship with the builder. But, working with Jojy was easy. He is a great person who constantly showed us he cared and understood as he worked very closely with us, reachable and approachable all the time. We have appreciated all his hard work and thoughtfulness in building us our unique custom home that has everything that we wanted in our new home.

Over the course of the past year, I have had a fabulous experience working for Atrium Fine Homes helping them to go in a new direction with the design and style of their residential projects. I have produced designs in the Georgian, Spanish Colonial, Tuscan, and Texas Vernacular styles for projects ranging in scope from 5,000 to over 11,000 Sq ft. I have been very impressed with their willingness to take home design in new directions yet embracing classical ideas and quality details and look forward to seeing these houses built in the coming months.
