I ordered my rug back in January. It is mid May and I have not yet received it. I have contacted them no less than 5 times since ordering to get an order update. Not once have they initiated an update themselves. I understand that the pandemic has interfered with shipping and inventory. I'm very empathetic to that. But communicating that with customers is the very minimum we should expect from a retailer. At the time of ordering, I should have been told that my order would be delayed. Not a single update was sent to me. So very disappointing.

As a professional interior designer, not seeing a product until it has been received is always nerve-racking. Rugs Done Right color accuracy but also efficient customer service and easy returns make online ordering a peace-of-mind process. Their inventory and competitive prices makes them my online go-to rug provider. They can ship anywhere, but are are also a Massachusetts-based company like us and we love to support each other.

Jessica at Rugs Done Right really took care of me when i had a problem with an order. She followed up and got things done in the most professional manner. She didn't hassle me or make me stress, but actually was one of the 1st customer service people that took action, and came back with a great resolution. i appreciate businesses like this that take their customers seriously as we don't have many of these anymore!

Rugs Done Right is my 'go to' business when purchasing rugs. Be it a runner for my hallway, a rectangular area rug for my dining room, an oval area rug for my living room, a round rug for the bedroom or an outdoor runner for my stairs - they have it all! The selection, quality, and price is second to none! And if not for the excellent communication and service from their employees, I would not be a repeat and satisfied customer. I placed my first order with Rugs Done Right. To my surprise, I received a phone call the next day from Jamie explaining the dye lot variances, etc. and discussed my options. I also mentioned that I had a second order but needed to confirm the size. Jamie was busy, but had Jessica return my call to take my order. I must say their customer service has far exceeded any expectations and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

I have received such good service from the customer service dept. I ordered the wrong size of carpet and Jessica was quick to cancel old order and order the right rug. Thanks for all your hard work and refunding my money for the small rug.

My search for the perfect rug is finally over! This review is for Rugs Done Right but specifically for Jessica and Jamie who have gone above and beyond for me throughout the process of selecting and receiving the perfect area rug. They coordinated the entire process of ordering, shipping and delivery. They even tracked my delivery for 2 days to make sure it arrived on time. They kept me informed every step of the way. This was beyond excellent Customer Service. I would recommend Rugs Done Right to anyone any time. They have a huge selection of quality area rugs and rug pads at reasonable prices and the service cannot be compared any where.

Commented: Pad and Rug SizeThe rug pads do come prepackaged in a 9 x 12 size. They are made smaller to fit a 9 x 12 rug. I hope I’ve answered your question.
