Mike c, Mike p, Lee, Clarissa, Kevin, and keylon did a great job with my pool construction. It was a 20x40 Ell shaped in-ground pool and we are looking forward to many years of enjoyment. The process was fast… 1 day to dig, 1 day to frame, 1 day to pour concrete and vermiculite, and a couple of hrs to install the liner. Passed all inspections along the way also. Thank you!

Hello Everclear, I just wanted to recognize the following team members Project Manager Kyle L, Mike C., Mike P., Michael jr, Lee, Clarisa, Kevin, Keylon, and Yazmanny. As you know projects have things that come up and nothing ever goes perfect. 1. When backfilling a pipe was shattered which required the team to locate where it happened. Then dig it up and fix it. Then backfill again. 2. The other issue was the copper wire was lost at time the deck was built. The team came over and ran a new line without any questions asked. As a customer this is absolutely critical on how a company responds to issues at hand. Everclear has gone above in beyond on all issues that have come up and resolved them in a timely manner. Again a special thanks to the entire team at Everclear and even more so to Kyle L. (Project Manager) and Mike.

Earl and Eric came to close our pool and they did an excellent job. They were reliable, friendly, efficient, and just very nice people. They took their time to do the job right. I would recommend them to do your pool opening and closing jobs.

I have been having my pool serviced with Everclear Pools and spa, They always do a solid job, friendly company and their response was immediate to all of our needs. Thank to pedro and Vicente for this week, they are some of the finest people you will ever meet.

Where do I begin? We had a huge tree come down in a recent storm, through the roof of the living room, demolished the fence, wrecked the deck and destroyed our inground pool. We called Everclear Pools and Spas our pool service vendor. Jason Werner, the owner, came to assess the damage and give us an estimate for the repairs. Jason thinks he runs the company, but nothing could be further from the truth. He has an amazing office staff of Clarisa Fernandez, the VP of Construction and Melynda Van Dunk, the Service Coordinator. These are the people who really keep the company ticking. Jason is just the eye candy! They have a large staff of field support people who are fantastic, so helpful, accommodating, always courteous and polite. I just can’t say enough about them. The people that worked on my repair this time were, Jose Mike C Mike P Pete Yasmany Lee I think I have missed a couple of guys and I sincerely apologize, I’m old and my memory sometimes fails me. To summarize, I would heartily recommend Everclear Pools and Spas for all your pool needs be it regular maintenance, emergency repair or new construction. You will not regret it! Paul Thompson

EverClear pools has been amazing! We are using them to design and build our pool and we are so happy with their services ! From the initial design to the construction of our pool, Everclear pools has provided the best top notch service . Initial consultation/ design phase: Jason (owner) and Dan (Design lead) are amazing- they are extremely knowledgeable, professional , nice and so responsive. We had a really bad experience with another pool company but with EverClear pool we are so relieved and know we are in good hands. They are always there to answer our questions quickly and provide so much value. Jason is amazing and has so much experience in building beautiful pools. He was wonderful from the first day we met - explaining to us all the options we had and was extremely honest in letting us know his professional opinion of what we should do with our pool and he wasn’t pushy at all which was great. Further it was such a nice touch receiving a hand written note from Jason thanking us for going with his company to build our pool. We also engaged in EverClear Pool’s design services - Dan the head of the Design team was so great! He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step and was also very prepared as he knew all our towns requirements before we even met. He had even drawn out some initial designs to show us his initial thoughts. The build /construction phase: Mike, Lee , Terrance and Rob were all very professional and helpful. Mike was our construction manager and guided us along the way with the whole With the whole construction process. They even worked through the winter and worked really quickly. As soon as we got our town permit, Mike reached out the next day to say they are ready to excavate. The construction team led by Mike worked really hard and got our pool excavated and gunite shot really quickly. We are now just waiting to complete the remainder phases when the weather warms up. Another example of great customer service by Jason and Everclear is that they noticed their subcontractor installed the coping incorrectly on our spa and the veneer was incorrect so Jason quickly rectified this situation . We were very thankful and this is really only one of many great examples of top notch customer service. Further the service team (Miguel, Ricky and Meylnda) have been so helpful in teaching us how to manage and operate our pool. Even though we are not able to use EverClear pool for our weekly servicing since we are too far away, they have helped teach us what to expect and tell our current pool service company. Thank you for your help. In addition, a big shout out to Clarisa the Construction VP who has been so amazingly patient and helpful with our entire project.
