Scan Designs

Our designs will appeal to those who have been searching for something different. To the people who love designers and architects such as Kai Kristiansen, Hans Wegner and Alvar Aalto who were responsible for simple designs in furniture, architecture and sculpture and inspired the homes we feature here. People such as Charles and Ray Eames that made an imprint on the world of furniture design and inspired us to design homes that could feature their pieces. Not everyone will love our designs and that’s fine. We haven’t designed them for everybody. We use quality materials, and love to blend our homes with an environment, but also appear in stark contrast to it. Our specification provides value, but has been designed to serve as a good starting point. We do this as the specification is a thumbprint. It starts the same as one another’s, but will grow into something that becomes yours. We encourage you to put your stamp on the specification but be mindful there are certain items we won’t install or work with on account of how we can ensure quality.
