As a Design Consultant I am very particular about quality, unique products and customer service. ADM Bathroom has been my go to now for many, if not all, of my last Bathroom renovations. My clients love the stylish/cutting edge products. And I love the customer service, support and fair pricing. On the rare occasion there is any issue; they respond on a dime and see the issue through. Though I'll say there seldom is any issue. I highly recommend ADM and their bath line products for any homeowner or designer looking to provide that extra level of quality and design to their project!

Placing an order was a nightmare - as their customer service was not responsive to changes and made it very frustrating to work with. When escalated to a manager, was promised prompt service and personal accountability, so I placed an order accordingly. No response for two weeks (though email response from manager was the order would be shipped in a few days after I confirmed the order) When I enquired (project is now running behind costing time and money), the response was that the order disappeared within the system. The manager said he would expedite the order, but would not let me me speak with the owner saying the owner was too busy to speak with customers. The owner did reach out to me and explain that a mistake did take place at their end, and was going to make me whole by giving me an appropriate credit as well as expedited shipment of the order. I appreciate the good faith efforts acknowledging the mistake and steps to correct it.

Purchased wood flooring for multiple vacation rental units. Easy to install, looks fantastic and its wearing well! Also purchased fixtures as well. Very happy with all of it. They even helped arrange delivery!

After I saw sinks here by ADM, I visited the showroom myself as we were remodeling our home. Daniel was excellent in every way, service, communication, working with us to fit our needs and making sure to give our plumber specs before installing. Highly recommend ADM. when we have guests, they always comment on our beautiful master bath vanity and the powder room sink. Absolutely modern, simple and classy.

Everyone on the ADM team demonstrated the qualities of an outstanding company in their enthusiasm and commitment, from our first meeting it was clear they were committed to assisting me through the entire selection process. They sincerely care about both the quality of their product and their workmanship - which a lot of other companies I have worked with do not. ADM provides modern quality pieces for the bathroom. I love the seamless solid quartz material. The tubs have integral drains and overflows, high end features at a reasonable price. I'm not sure how they do it, but delivery is fast and affordable too. I will continue to order and I highly recommend ADM products.

After quite a bit of research, i settled on ADM for the freestanding composite bathtub for my master bath remodel (model SW131S). The combination of style, price and service sealed the deal. The unit shipped ahead of schedule, looks GREAT, and is a quality product. Thanks to the team at ADM.

We found our beautiful Tub Filler from ADM on Houzz. We purchased the unit directly from ADM. Although there was a small issue the customer service team went above and beyond to resolve the problem. We couldn't have asked for better Customer Service. 5 Stars!

I ordered a sink and a tub from ADM and they were great to work with. They held the order until we were far enough along in the construction process and were ready to install it. We had a mix up with the sink brackets and they resolved it immediately..... great customer service! We ordered DW-136 - Glossy White Stone Resin Sink and SW-103S - Glossy White Stone Resin Tub. Both items are exactly what I expected and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

This company is quality from the product, to the warranty, to the customer service !!! I ordered two stone resin sinks, was given a discount when I didn't even ask for one, and received the items in a timely manner. One of the sinks had a slight flaw. I called them and they immediately sent me a replacement without question and had the freight company pick up the other sink at the same time. The sinks were will worth the price and you can't beat the 10 year warranty. Adriana and Alexandra handled my account and made me feel that I was their number one priority.
